    • 2.5 cu/ft media tank was short-fill of resin. You get what you pay for.
2.5 cu ft of resin should itself weigh 125 pounds, but that was the weight including the entire preloaded media tank. Even the shipping tag agreed. Visually about 1/2 full. If some of the weight was gravel, then short at least a whole cu/ft. See for yourself. Was ripped off for $150 worth of resin. You get what you pay for. ... show more

The product is really good good quality everything comes in the box they're in the process of changing the brine tanks for new ones so he's getting a little confused because the old manuals are still being used but beyond that support Nick is fantastic
