Bought a house that was listed as "well maintained". Not. The water softener was as close to inoperative as can be. I bought the first gallon of this stuff on a lark - thinking that, if I got another year out of it, I'd be happy. Four years later, I'm still pouring this stuff down it's throat and it still clears the system out. The difference is noticeable. I had run out of it and didn't run it through for a few months and the softener efficacy deteriorated badly. Great price,and easy to use with my softeners Rescare reservoir. Only problem with this order,it first was undeliverable then reordered and yet again delayed. Finally delivered several days after promised,other than that the product works great. Never had an "undeliverable" in over 11yrs. Good track record for Amazon,but have noticed that during covid(understandable) extended delivery times have occurred. Now,covid is about overwith,I hope to see the lightning quick deliveries once again. ... show more
