I wanted to wait at least a week before I wrote a review but I absolutely love this machine first of all it came in quickly I put it together and was very easy the water is cold and hot and the pet dish is just amazing we have two dogs and four cats and one of our cats is a 15 year old and she's kind of sick I've noticed she's drinking a lot more water since we got this. The kids are drinking more water to which is primarily why we got this so over all this is a great product

I love this dispenser! Cold water is very cold. Hot water is boiling hot. I have pets so the additional removable water dish is fantastic and you can put it in one of three locations on the dispenser. Animals get fresh water daily. I use a five gallon bottle and it holds it with no problem. There is a light for those middle of the night needs. It's not the most powerful but it does the job. Do know that the first bottle of water will disappear very quickly into the dispenser, which I'm assuming is to fill it. I was worried that it was faulty and leaking but no. When I put the second bottle on, it leveled out. Replaced the bottles a few times now and no problems.

So far, so good! Comes with coupons for their brand of water. Our other jug fits, but I'll probably stick with the prefilled stuff we can pickup at Walmart since it's pretty affordable and it's sealed (the one I have is capped, not sealed, so I couldn't flip it upside-down without spilling.) The pre-filled exchange in my area is ~$5. Definitely cheaper than delivery and renting a machine from a local company. Nightlight is a nice touch and my cats took to the fresh water immediately. The pet bowl isn't too tall so even a small animal can drink from it pretty easily. Tiny kittens and toy breed puppies might need a smaller dish until they get a little taller, but otherwise it's a great shape!

Installation was quick and easy. I like that the heater and cooler each have a separate master switch since I don't plan on using the heater. I love the pet dish. The overall quality seems really good. The design was well thought out. The product includes several coupons to help get started with water bottles. Once punctured, the bottles are no longer sealed and are not spill proof, so the option to refill the bottles becomes more of a burden than exchanging the whole bottle.

This is a fantastic cooler. The one thing that I adore that separates it from the others, the attached pet water bowl on the bottom. We use Zero water filters and I prefer to give all of our many pets, (2 cats, 4 dogs, 8 rats) filtered water. This makes it so much easier. I will be purchasing a second unit for the other end of my home because we love it so much. Honestly, the pets do too. Instant ice cold filtered water on demand with the press of a button. Such a useful and wonderful feature! I have purchased 4 different water coolers in the past maybe 6 years and this one is by far the best. I cannot speak for its longevity but hopefully it holds up as well as it works. I always have to have the hot water option as well and sometimes they tend to be a little finicky. This one works really well so far. I will try to remember to update this review in 6 months and see where the water cooler stands but for now, it gets 4 stars. One short of 5 because I feel some of the design could be more solid, with stronger materials but then again, this is something I find myself unhappy with very often with craftsmanship so perhaps it wouldn't bother most.

So the water in our town is not so great. With all the concerns I decided to go this route because the water is relatively inexpensive, it gives me a safer mind set with the kids drinking the water not from the tap, and the dog is also included in a healthier lifestyle. What is also nice is that there is a heated side for any of your needs for hot water say like tea. I don't really use my kuerig anymore and the only thing I really used it for was to make hot water. Now I can eliminate that from the counterspace. The machine itself is pretty compact and doesn't really take up too much space. I also place the dog bowl beside it and he's got himself a little piece of heaven. For the price I had to jump on it, I feel better about the water we are putting in our bodies and I just get the water bottles from the Walmart down the street which makes it very easy without having to pay for a delivery service.

The media could not be loaded. I don’t have time to review many items (although I have time to PURCHASE many!) but I thought this item deserves praise. We have had this water dispenser for 9 months. It has been terrific. We have well water so we use the dispenser for water for coffee, tea, pets, hummingbird nectar. The whole family uses the dispenser and it saves us from buying bottled water and adding plastic to the landfill. I just installed the pet bowl today and that works perfectly as well and saves us from filling a stand-alone water bowl for our Great Dane. Highly recommend.
