This is a fantastic cooler. The one thing that I adore that separates it from the others, the attached pet water bowl on the bottom. We use Zero water filters and I prefer to give all of our many pets, (2 cats, 4 dogs, 8 rats) filtered water. This makes it so much easier. I will be purchasing a second unit for the other end of my home because we love it so much. Honestly, the pets do too. Instant ice cold filtered water on demand with the press of a button. Such a useful and wonderful feature! I have purchased 4 different water coolers in the past maybe 6 years and this one is by far the best. I cannot speak for its longevity but hopefully it holds up as well as it works. I always have to have the hot water option as well and sometimes they tend to be a little finicky. This one works really well so far. I will try to remember to update this review in 6 months and see where the water cooler stands but for now, it gets 4 stars. One short of 5 because I feel some of the design could be more solid, with stronger materials but then again, this is something I find myself unhappy with very often with craftsmanship so perhaps it wouldn't bother most.
