I have wanted a steam cleaner forever and this thing did not disappoint! It is super easy to use. Just add water and turn it on. It heats up quickly and gets hot! My first day I used it I clean a ridiculous amount of things in my house. My favorite being the windows. It was so nice for getting in all the crevices and around the screens. It really helped get them clean. It was also fun cleaning my cabinets and my washer and dryer!! This worked really good to clean so much! I am so happy to have this little thing. This steam cleaner heats up quickly and is ready to use in a short time, which makes it easy to grab for small jobs. I like the length of the hose, since it gives good reach without constantly moving the unit, and the compact size makes it easy to store. Cleaning is definitely easier with steam, and the included accessories give plenty of options for different surfaces. The tank is a bit on the small side, but the smaller size also helps keep the unit portable, so it is a reasonable tradeoff. There are a few things I do not love. The handle requires batteries, which I was not expecting. It is also difficult to remove unused water because everything has to be poured back out through the small fill opening. The steam works well for general cleaning, but I do wish it ran a bit hotter and with more pressure for tougher grime. For the price, it feels like decent value. It does what it promises and makes cleaning easier, even if it is not quite as powerful as I hoped. Overall, it is a useful and convenient cleaner with a few design quirks, but one that I am glad to have for routine cleaning.

I've been wanting to use fewer chemicals around my home, and thought this might be a good way to do that. One thing I came to realize is it's not like a power washer, which is how I was kind of trying to use it. Nevertheless, it really helped to loosen grime and sanitize. I first tried it in a spot that really bugged me that I haven't been able to clean. The previous owner of my house had a little dog that peed everywhere. I couldn't see it or smell it, but when you shine a UV light on it, it glows! I wish I knew that trick for negotiation, but I digress. For some reason, the residue remained on some tile where some epoxy had adhered, and in the grout. I'll go back and do a better job, but for the purposes of this review, I have a picture before without the UV light, with the light, and after just a few minutes work. The scraper tool got the epoxy off after being blasted with steam, and the brass brush got a lot of it out of the grout. I also tried it for cleaner the cats' water fountain, but, as I mentioned, it's not a "washer." The slime remained and I had to wash it, but I felt a lot better going over every crevice of every part afterward. It also worked really well for cleaning out the little pump since I don't have a tool that fits inside. It also seem to loosen some of the lime scale that I don't want to use CLR or something on. The reason is loses a star is because there is NOTHING helpful about how to use the machine and the various attachments. There's an insert that gives them all a name, but nothing about what to use them for, no pro tips on cleaning various common items. Not even how to turn it on or off! There are some QR codes to short, silent videos that don't provide anything useful either. FYI, the instructions for pairing the handle give a clue that this is also how you stop and start the steam. Press and hold for pairing and it automatically starts. Press twice more for steam adjustment, and press a hold to shut it off. How hard is that to write in a manual? There is only one way to add water, and no way to fully open it to pour out remaining water, or to clean the unit without disassembly. And since it doesn't say whether it's okay to use tap water or need to use distilled water, there can be build-up inside after a while. You can only try to pour out through the same hole you pour it in through. This unit is a great idea not fully executed. It really needs a full manual with how to use it, and how to use it on different things. But I'm just going to think of more things to try it on and develop my own skills for it.

I received a powerful steam cleaner with tons of accessories. I am impressed by the cleaning power this little thing has. Great for deep cleaning couches and baseboards. There are tons of accessories included so really you can clean anything. It is very easy to use.

I really like how this system has a hose for the steam. I’ve tried other steam cleaners and the tank was directly attached to the nozzle. This system is very easy to move around and reaches into tight spaces. I found it VERY effective in my tile grout. It didn’t take long at all to heat up and get going. I was pleasantly surprised to see they included a box to store the small accessories. I can’t wait to keep cleaning with it.
