I honestly thought I might get scammed ordering an excavator on amazon, but it’s legit. A couple days after my order I received a call from a person at the company that stated he’d be my point of contact for any needs I had. It was delivered in about a week. Delivery was another thing. While the delivery driver was trying to get it off the truck it shut down. This was due to it having a tilt sensor. He thought it was out of gas and asked for some. I gave him a can and he filled it up. After delivery I moved it down to my shop (about 500 ft) and parked it for the day. I then watched a video and feared the worst as I realized the driver had poured gas into the hydraulic tank. I contacted the POC and he reached out to the engineer that stated one drain and fill should be ok. I ended up draining and filling twice with a 10 minute cycle of hydraulics in between. All seems to be going well with it and the seals are doing fine. It’s a nice little machine. I can run it for a little over 1.5 hours before having to put more gas in it. Overall I am incredibly happy with it for the things I need to do on my property. My only complaint is that the canopy is 1.5” too tall to fit under an average garage door, but it was easy to remove the canopy. If you’re in need of a compact earth mover and don’t have $20k to spend on one then this is a good solution. Customer service is great and the machine is nice.

Machine seems built very well. Machine is smaller than I thought it would be but functions very well and digs really good. I dug a ditch 28 inches deep and 130 feet long and was amazed how good it done. Would have given 5 stars but I am disappointed in it's size. I am wanting to get the 18 size because the delivery driver had one on the trailer and it looked really nice. The 10Y is perfect if you have a very tight area or small jobs.

Delivery was made January 15th, way ahead of schedule!! Delivery staff was careful unloading the excavator. I had to wait 2 weeks to get all my attachments but Huayee gets you each piece as soon as possible. Sometimes that means having to wait because some attachments may be on the west coast. The wait is well worth it. Huayee staff were great assuring that each piece will get to me.

This item arrived in a good time frame and with minimal issues. Any issues found were handled that day and the reps were courteous and committed to get it right the first time. A special thanks goes out to Mike,their mechanic. He called in under an hour when needed and made sure a resolution was found. Delivery was difficult because they could not get up our lane. We eneded up meeting at a truck stop to transfer it to a personal vehicle. When pulling it off the trailer it stalled. The excavator can not be tilted too drastically. The ramps coming off the delivery truck are very steep. We bought it to dig trenches on our property. It works great for that purpose. Worth the money we paid. We have done 300 feet trenches and 2 perk test holes with no issues. The bolts need tightened after a bit and the gas needs filled after about an hour or so. I would highly recommend this for those doing odd small jobs, like sewer lines etc. It is lighter and can be hauled very easily. Worth what we paid and we are very happy to have it on our property while building and doing yard work.

The media could not be loaded. My mini excavator arrived yesterday so I’ve had a couple evenings to play around with it. So far it has exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Delivery was earlier than expected and the driver was great. He kept good communication while en route and showed up right on time. Everything operates exactly how I expected and it was super easy to get started since it was ready to go to drive off the trailer. I grew up driving tractors and other equipment, but don’t have much excavator experience, so I’m still a little stumped about what the foot pedals do on this machine. If you’re on the fence, as I was, I’ve already saved myself countless hours and body aches.
