If you have the money upgrade to at least the 1.5 tons. Other than that this 1 ton is amazing I had it 3 months now and it does everything we need it to do on our tiny 1.75 acre hobby farm. Just so you know it is not recommended to get the grabbing claw with the 1 ton. I believe it is a safety issue weight balance etc. So if your looking for a mini exe with a . grabbing claw upgrade to a 1.5 ton. Other then that this little machine is a wonderful addition to our homestead. I made copied of the Manuel and taped the pictures to the levers and we learned very quickly how to use it. Customer Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Shipping was extremely fast. It came several weeks before scheduled. Be prepared to possibly unload the unit your self because the shippers are contracted and don't know how to run the machine. Luckily for us we had a few brave drivers that figured it out and unloaded it for us. And have cash on hand to tip the shippers they appreciate it and traveled a very long distance to deliver. One more thing, If you practice and you have very soft slow gradual movements with the levers. You can learn to operate this machine with No Jerking. It didn't take us long to learn how to handle the levers. you will see reviews that say it is Jerky. I promise you with some patients and practice you can have a very smooth operation. Those reviews are coming from people that don't take the time to learn how to use the machine. Always turn off the Gas switch when done using.

Machine seems built very well. Machine is smaller than I thought it would be but functions very well and digs really good. I dug a ditch 28 inches deep and 130 feet long and was amazed how good it done. Would have given 5 stars but I am disappointed in it's size. I am wanting to get the 18 size because the delivery driver had one on the trailer and it looked really nice. The 10Y is perfect if you have a very tight area or small jobs.

I honestly thought I might get scammed ordering an excavator on amazon, but it’s legit. A couple days after my order I received a call from a person at the company that stated he’d be my point of contact for any needs I had. It was delivered in about a week. Delivery was another thing. While the delivery driver was trying to get it off the truck it shut down. This was due to it having a tilt sensor. He thought it was out of gas and asked for some. I gave him a can and he filled it up. After delivery I moved it down to my shop (about 500 ft) and parked it for the day. I then watched a video and feared the worst as I realized the driver had poured gas into the hydraulic tank. I contacted the POC and he reached out to the engineer that stated one drain and fill should be ok. I ended up draining and filling twice with a 10 minute cycle of hydraulics in between. All seems to be going well with it and the seals are doing fine. It’s a nice little machine. I can run it for a little over 1.5 hours before having to put more gas in it. Overall I am incredibly happy with it for the things I need to do on my property. My only complaint is that the canopy is 1.5” too tall to fit under an average garage door, but it was easy to remove the canopy. If you’re in need of a compact earth mover and don’t have $20k to spend on one then this is a good solution. Customer service is great and the machine is nice.

The machine is really cute it arrived. Have not had a chance to play with it yet. I didn't have an owner's manual. the delivery guy didn't speak English so we had a hard time communicating. the machine itself looks great, the delivery was a nightmare.

It arrives fully setup ready to use. But like all equipment check fluids and all the bolts. It comes with a toolbox. Its. A little jumpy if you thy and move the controls to fast. This is no speed daemon but great for the price. If you have small jobs this is much more economical than buying the expensive ones. Will give an update on how it does in a month.
