After cook is done, just put it under the running tap water, the pressure will be released and the food is read to serve. It is much faster than the electrical pressure cooker. My wife likes it. Stainless steel is safer than aluminum, I think.

This is an excellent piece of equipment. The build is a thick and sturdy stainless steel which is very important in terms of safety. All aspects of this pressure cooker works perfectly. I find it most useful in making stew and stock. In making stock with the pressure cooker, you can extract the most flavor out of the bones in less than an hour, , as oppose to the traditional way of a slow simmer on the stove for many hours.

This pressure cooker is out of my expectation. The size is large and enough for 4 people meal, and it is easy to use and adjust the cooking pressure. It only takes half of the time cooking chicken than my old cooker and it is not hard to clean. I like cooking soup and this cooker is my dream partner.
