This is my first powerXL air fryer, but my 3rd air fryer in all that I have purchased. The other two cannot even compare to this one. I love the separate baskets. I did also order some liners on Amazon to put in the basket to save some clean up and I love them! The only time I wouldn't use the liners is if I was frying chicken. I believe the liners make the chicken breading softer than if you put it directly on the bottom grate. Yes, you have to wash the basket by hand- BUT- if you soak it for a bit in some dish soap and get a good sponge, it makes it easier to clean. To me- that is definitely not a deal breaker! I have made pizzas, chicken, vegetables, and heated up day old french fries- which turn out just as crispy as fresh from the restaurant! All turn out perfect and tasty! I bought one of these for my daughter and her whole family loves it as well. HIGHLY recommend

This is my second air fryer. The first was a Emerald and it was noisy and smoke hated it. I love this one! Easy-to-use clean not noisy or smokes . And the food tast amazing! You want go wrong on this air fryer.

I absolutely love my air fryer. It is exactly like an oven cooks. Anything as long as you know the right temperatures and how long to cook it. I’ve even cook biscuits in it. I will never use another oven again. My air fryer is the best air fryer than I ever had, I can cook a whole turkey in there. It is so fantastic the food even taste better it even taste healthier than it would if I was cooking it in the stove. I will never use anything else but this air fryer, and I will buy this air fryer again if it ever breaks down. I just cannot believe how well this air fryer xl that a friend told me about it and I absolutely love it.

This is nice but received card that says you have to order the basket, it doesn't come with as shown. And no warranty card inside. Nor have I received yet the Assurian warranty that I purchased with it. And it's going on couple months. So no warranty on this.😡

my only dislike is that (and possibly i misunderstood), but i thought having the two baskets meant i could cook at two diff temperatures. but really it's same temperature, just different times can be set. so far that hasn't been an issue. and honestly, when i cooked in my oven, i cooked everything at 400deg...no matter what! so this isn't much different. just have to watch it. sooooo easy to clean. like ridiculously easy. nothing sticks! i did some shrimp with hot honey sauce on top...i just wiped it right off the bottom. and it wasn't like i immediately cleaned it...it sat a while waiting for it to cool off and for me to finish the rest of my meal prep. so far i've cooked veggies, sweet potato fries, shrimp, salmon, even baked some grands biscuits. glad i got this.

Update * I contacted the seller and they are sending me another air fryer to replace the defective one! They were very easy to work with and did not give me the run around. I am very pleased.* I was so excited to get this air fryer. After taking 2 weeks to be delivered, it worked for 5 minutes. I was able to turn it on and heat it as recommended in the manual. Then when I was ready to cook something, it wouldn’t come back on! I am very unhappy and frustrated!
