Oh my goodness! My husband and I are Seniors and we use this sitting down. It works! Does it get the circulation going and that was what I was hoping for. My husband had a stroke a few years back, his left side does not work as well, hard for him to walk. We have been so worry about his circulation, with this machine, he feels his body coming alive. So glad to have this reasonably priced and fast shipping and I have a lot of pain and I use it twice a day and it’s really help my pain you can feel the circulation improving I can’t think of any downside to owning this and I’m really glad I bought it and all my friends come over and use it and love it to it is helped my knee and hip pain and is really relaxing I’m not standing up on it yet so I just have it at the base of my easy chair and it does it’s magic I think it’s making a difference and I I’m very happy 71 yrs old And I do exercise a fair amount but this feels wonderful after a long day ... show more

(5/1/21) Update: I highly recommend this vibration machine. Not only do I have more strength but motivation to move. I am 65. Gives me energy and feeling of well-being. Reminds me of the Rebounder only the machine does the work for you! I have family members interested in purchasing one for themselves, after trying mine. I thought this was a joke when my friend insisted I take it home to try . I’m an active 67 year old woman with age related stiffness . I use his 3-4 times a day . After 2, weeks my strides are longer., my posture is better and my shocker pain is controlled zz I just love this machine .

Very loud and seemed to hang up while using. Has a weight limit of 250. A lot less than that but seemed that was the problem
