If you have any expectation of Creality honoring their warranty, forget it. Horrible machine. Every sensor is broke. Crashes constantly. If you want to spend over $1,000 on filament for prints that failed because the system crashed mid print, Creality is the machine for you! They cant be bothered to even respond.

Run far away from Creality
Color: K2 Plus Combo
If you are looking for a 3-D printer run as far away as you can from Creality. I ordered my printer in August and it has already malfunctioned after only five months of use. The machine supposedly has a one year warranty, but it seems all Support is in China and they do not stand behind their product. I have been waiting two weeks for Creality to get back to me with my Support ticket and I keep repeatedly being told that I will hear back in 48 to 72 hours. They also do not seem to stock the parts that you need to fix your machine, which is a factory defect on the website. Instead, you have to pay a 2 to 300% markup for the parts on Amazon.
