Did my Graduate degree based on Vibration technology. Why buy the better quality Power Plate than cheap others? Because it's mechanical vibration, your cheap version will work great for a few months, then performance degrades. The frequency (how fast) of vibration is critical, along with displacement (how far it moves). I've been around vibration tech for decades. ... show more

I bought directly from Power Plate. After trying it for a couple of days, I realized that it makes by back hurt terribly and contacted Power Plate to inquire about a return. They quoted me a $150 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. I can understand the shipping fee bc this thing is large and heavy, but the restocking fee is just a scam in my opinion. Terrible customer service. If I would have known about the restocking fee I never would have ordered it. If you have joint and disc issues,do not get this as it is very bad in sore joints. It is also massive so you will need plenty of floor space for it. Bad purchase, imo. ... show more
