Very easy to use. Little hard to hammer the nails in but not sure there is an alternative. I was very happy to find this as I thought my doorbell was wired and when I pulled it off, it was not. This was the perfect fix. Good value.

    • These inexpensive power adaptors will not function for doorbell applications.
These inexpensive power adaptors will not function for doorbell applications. More is needed than matching the required voltage and amperage. As explained to me by Brent at uhmKat inc, doorbells function by shorting the connections, which cause a traditional door chime to ring. Modern doorbells with cameras need constant power, the short created by pressing the button causes havoc with these power supplies to the point of eventual failure. Traditional power supplies found in most homes were designed with this in mind and built with better materials to withstand the abuse. I tried three power adaptors that said they were compatible with my Nest Hello doorbell. They all failed within days. I will be receiving the next power supply from uhmKat inc to see if it lives up to their claims of being designed specifically for these high-tech doorbells and superior materials.
