I have a blink doorbell, which I really like, but it goes through batteries like crazy! This is exactly what I needed! Fit and finish is awesome, and it includes everything you need to install, even the wall plug! Installation is just as easy as the original bracket, but it provides more protection and functionality than the original. With the low price, it will pay for itself I'm just a few months of not having to buy batteries. Blink should include one of these in every doorbell they make!

Well it does what it is supposed to do, however the power chord is out in the open so anyone can just unplug it which will disrupt the power obviously. The installation was easy just like the regular mount that comes with the Blink Doorbell. Overall I don’t feel like the design is up to par and will be switching back to the original mounting bracket.

The case is pretty sturdy and fits well to the blink doorbell. Make sure the back cover is removed and battery removed as it’d have to be attached to this new backplate. Make sure the doorbell is closed to an outlet as the power line is not that long. For a case to protect along with a power source, this item is pretty good for the money. The backplate can either be attached via the provided screws or the sticker. I think this is pretty durable and will last. The only problem is the power line which is t long enough.

It is definitely one of my best purchases, it was a torture for me to be buying batteries every 8 days because they discharge very quickly, however this adapter seemed super easy to install, it adapts super easy to the blink and maintaining the safety of my house all the time is something that I liked very much, I highly recommend this 5-star adapter.

I picked up the Power Adapter and Adhesive Doorbell Mount for my Blink Video Doorbell, and overall, I'm quite pleased with the setup. The 5V doorbell transformer and the generous 18ft weatherproof cable are definite highlights, allowing for a continuous power supply without relying on batteries, which was my main goal. Installation was surprisingly straightforward. The adhesive mount held strong on my doorframe, and routing the cable was easy enough thanks to its ample length. It's a huge relief not having to worry about battery life, especially during colder months. The continuous power means my doorbell is always ready to go, and I've noticed a more consistent performance from the camera as well. The build quality of both the power adapter and the cable feels robust and durable, living up to the "weatherproof" claim. It's been through a few rain showers already with no issues. My only minor quibble, and what keeps it from a perfect 5-star rating, is that while the adhesive mount is convenient, I do wonder about its long-term reusability or if I ever needed to reposition it. Also, while the cable is long, depending on your outlet placement, you might still need to get creative with cable management to keep it tidy. That said, if you're looking to ditch the batteries for your Blink Video Doorbell and want a reliable, continuously powered solution, this adapter and mount combo is an excellent choice. The media could not be loaded. This is such a great value, for about the same price as the expensive replacement batteries you can just plug it in! I leave my farm for about 5 months of the year so having a reliable camera system in place is critical for me. I got Blink cameras last year on prime day and for the most part have been happy with them but I have had one camera battery die on me. I wanted to wire as many of the ones on the house as possible so was extatic to find this kit. It is about the same quality construction as the original shroud. The doorbell fits in perfectly but there is a minor obstruction at the top of the image due to the hood of this shroud being slightly longer, it's not a critical viewing area for me though. It was easy to install with the screws going right into the holes of the old shroud. I also appreciated the included wire maintenance clips as they made it all pretty seamless. The doorbell started working as soon as it was plugged in without any fuss and has worked consistently since. The low battery sign is on in the app but obviously that's irrelevant since it's wired now. Overall super happy to know that this will only go out during power outages which takes the whole system down till the generator kicks back on anyway.

The power adapter with the 18ft weatherproof cable works perfectly with my Blink doorbell and provides a constant power supply. Installation was simple, the adhesive mount held strong, and everything has been running smoothly since. No more worrying about dead batteries or missed alerts. If you’re tired of the battery game, this is a must-have upgrade! FYI - This was an easy install for us, as our power source was right on the other side of the door and another power supply on the side of the door - so we were lucky - think this through before buying.
