Loved that it had a handle. And option for feet. Was very efficient and compact. But stored working after 3 months. Probably I'll just go back to a ceramic heat bulb since this was the second heat panel I've tried.

    • The chickens like it.
I use this for a small coup that is outside of the hay barn. The chickens stand in the door way when they are finished eating and basking in the sun. The temperatures outside are dropping to 4° at night. The heater is keeping the inside pleasantly warm with the coup door closed.

    • It Doesn’t Get Hot Enough
I’m not sure if this is how it’s supposed to be, but it barely heats and doesn’t emanate. At full heat you can’t feel anything 2 inches away and can easily touch the surface without burning. Either mine is defective or the product is ineffective. Either way, don’t waste your time or money.

This would be good for lower states. Doesn't work in negative temps. Once it hits around 30 degrees you have to touch the screen to fill anything.
