I love this copper pan set. I had been researching the right set, not just copper coating on the outside, and the right price for three years. I kept putting it a low priority and considered opting for minimally a three-fryer pan set. But when I saw this at $40 off, it was a no-brainer. I settled on this fabulous set that looks copper inside and out, and may have a ceramic coating but it heats so much faster, the pans are flat not warped as our old ones. It's newer technology and I highly recommend it! I'm sure our old pans were toxic from way old latex coating or similar that was wearing off. We are cooking healthier now!

My kids love pancakes. that's why I bought it. Every Saturday morning I make tons of pancakes. It's so easy to use this pan. I take a good care of it. I hand wash it to avoid any kind of damaging. It seems it's made of good materials. It's a good quality pan.

So pros and cons. Pros: it's effing adorable, if you're into that thing; it DOES make mini-pancakes like a champ; it can help feed a pack of ravenous children very quickly; it's not very heavy; it's really easy to clean even if you let something pretty much turn a nasty brown on it - here's looking at you busy forgetful moms; you don't need oil or butter for cooking so waaay healthier. Cons: if you're just going thru cravings, and/or your family is less than half the size of a soccer team, this might be too much; it is REALLY REALLY shallow - like think 0.25 inches or less shallow; it does not cook any egg - it will only cook small or medium eggs; it's not exactly compact/convenient size; if you don't have a fancy electric stove top with full coverage heat distribution based on pan size, beware - you have to keep moving the pan around on the stove or keep the heat on low even if you want to turn it up for faster cooking (side pancakes were browned on half closest to the center). That being said, it was kind of nice the first time I tried it. Then the novelty wore off, and it was just a hassle. So make sure it's something you really do need, like if you normally make small or medium eggs or 7 mini pancakes at a time for all of your children at once. (But the one with shapes of animals might be cuter.)
