Completing my physical therapy for my knees requires calf raise inclined products. I needed one to be able to continue therapyat home. This was the perfect product. The traction on the board does not cause any slipping, it has multiple levels. I'm still using the lowest notch (which is still a pretty steep height). It's sturdy with no wobbling… which can be pretty scary when you raise up. I really appreciate the easy storage. It folds right up and slides under any surface with a 2 inch opening. It's wide and long enough for most feet. I'm a woman with size 10 show and have plenty room to move up or down on the board. The last consideration is taking it to the gym with me. It fit perfectly in my full-sized backpack. Very convenient to travel with. Highly recommend for the price range. I would say, if you need a lower board, this one may be a little high for some. If you need a steep incline... This is your product.

My son had gastrocnemius surgery on both of his legs last year and his Dr recommended buying this to help him stretch out his calf muscles. This board has been a huge help. My son stretches on it every day. I love that you are able to slant it at different angles. Now the whole family uses it for stretching. Its very sturdy and love that when your not using it you can fold it flat and put it away. So happy I purchased this product.

I had this on the lowest setting thinking it’d be a safe slope to stand on and try it out but it was extremely steep. I was holding onto things to get on the incline but kept slipping downwards. I also thought I was going to break it while standing on it so I got off and thankfully it was low enough to do so without getting hurt. The only good thing about this is it is foldable and compact with a hole to carry it when closed. It is safe too when opening it up as well.
