Compact for daily walking
I’ve used this just about every day for 3 months and lost over 20 lbs. it’s so easy to pull in and out from under my bed. I do 4 speed and walk for around 40 mins while I watch TV. I’m 5’2, so not a very big stride. I wouldn’t get this if you’re tall or plan on running a lot. But for a compact treadmill to walk on, it’s great!

Perfect for indoor walks

I bought this walking pad so that I can walk when it is more convenient and to avoid the heat. So, far I really like this walking pad. It is small which is great for small spaces. The pad is short so it might be an issue if you have a long stride or long legs. The speed is not the same as a reg treadmill. I have to walk on 5.5 or 6 to get the same speed as 3.5 on a treadmill. Otherwise it’s a nice pad and it gets the job done. I leave mine out but if you want to put it away you do need to loosen the screws to fold it down.

My perfect treadmill

I bought this treadmill for my home workouts. I like that it doesn't take up much space and that I can easily fold and store it when I'm done. The walking and running surface is comfortable, and the speed settings allow me to switch between a light walk and a more intense jog, depending on the workout. The display is easy to read, so I can quickly check my time, speed, distance, and calories. My experience with it has been positive, and I’m happy to recommend it.

Good, but not great
This is a fine little walking pad, but not exactly what the pictures show. The handle bar is not chest high, but about only waist high. You cannot put a tablet or phone on it to watch as this is such a compact walking pad you’re looking straight down. But it is very easy to move. It holds plus size people no problem and has had no issues being used for 40-60 mins per day for the past three weeks. This is great for casual walking not intense training.

First impressions

I like the compact size how you can fit it in a corner and it was the right fit in my office room. The set up was quick and easy to move around. Now if you’re looking for a full workout when compared to an actual treadmill, this is not for you. There are some differences in speeds. I need to increase the speed to an 8 to get a jogging strut vs. a speed of 5 on an actual treadmill. This is perfect for older adults who don’t want to run. That being said, I have knee problems so this is perfect for speed walking. I like the tray space where I can place my laptop and work side by side. Incline is at a small angle so probably not the best if you’re looking for a steep incline. Also it didn’t feel it had much cushion. The sides are a bit wobbly but I don’t hold onto it. I like the display with large numbers and also the option of having it folded.
