Awesome bike
My son loves this bike. This is our first experience with an e-bike. My son said, he could use it for an hour straight at full speed, before it dies, or max it goes about 9 miles before the next charge. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing but he always comes back from riding around with his friends super satisfied with it. If my kids happy, I’m happy.

Update: I got a replacement screen within a month. It was pretty easy to swap out the wire, since the plug is easy to access. Right now, I'm trying to figure out if I can reduce or disable the acceleration (10mi/hr) when I'm just pedaling with my feet, while still being able to use the throttle. Otherwise, my workaround before the screen being replaced was just using a little of P1 throttle to go slow or to turn off pedal assist, so I can cycle normally. Sometimes I just want to cycle a little bit while going slow. Another thing I'm still working on is trying to make my rear brakes squeak less and to align my front tire a little more straight. This is a budget bike, so I expected this. The customer service is pretty good though, and I'm still happy that my broke screen got replaced. The bike's top speed is within street legal range, about 20-25mi/hr. It'd be awesome if I could figure out a way to unlock it. My other ebike can be unlocked by holding the plus and minus button, but I'm unsure if this bike can do the same. Also, I noticed my movcan v60 ebike's battery can fit into this Ayolny ebike battery and vice versa. The powers of either bikes doesn't turn on when I do swap the batteries (was using the broken screen when I did this, so that the extra power output doesn't damage my new screen), but the idea of swappable working batteries wouldve been cool. --- Bike looks great so far out of box. Still putting it together though and will update with more info later. Screen came broken but I just sent seller a message, so hopefully they get back to me about that. Not that heavy imo, and pretty good height for 5'4'' woman.

Good for my 12 year old, But this is a MINI e-bike that only reaches a peak 20mph. I’m l only 5’10 and 190lbs and I could not ride this bike if I wanted to. Should not be advertised for adults. That being said, it seems fine for kids and works as advertised.

BEWARE of this product and it’s unaccountable seller!

UPDATE: I shared my review with the seller, and, after over 30 messages back and forth + 26 days of communication, I was told to “please have patience.” Now I’m furious. And still no refund or replacement parts. And no follow-up from Amazon on my A-Z claim. ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Product and Even Worse Post-Sale Support I purchased this e-bike with high expectations, along with an extended Asurion protection plan for added peace of mind. Unfortunately, just 12 weeks after purchase, all brake components failed, rendering the bike unsafe to ride. Both the front and rear braking systems became nonfunctional, and the brake cables were severed despite the bike never being involved in any accident, impact, misuse, or damage. What made this experience even more frustrating was discovering that neither Amazon nor the extended warranty provider would provide meaningful assistance. Because the failure occurred within the first 90 days, I was told the warranty could not replace or refund the product, and Amazon customer service would not intervene. The entire issue was left for me to negotiate directly with the seller. The seller's responses were slow and inconsistent. Initially, I was told replacement front brake components could be sent immediately, but the rear brake components were allegedly out of stock and would not be available for 9 to 10 weeks from my first contact. Asking a customer to wait more than two months for critical safety-related parts on a nearly new e-bike is unreasonable. When I explained that this was not an acceptable solution, the seller offered $89 toward labor costs. Considering the repair estimate was approximately $120, and the bike itself cost nearly $500, this still left me paying out of pocket to repair a product that failed prematurely through no fault of my own. To make matters worse, the seller claimed the refund had been processed, but nine days later no refund had been received. I also discovered another inconsistency regarding the replacement parts. Although the seller told me the parts had already shipped, Amazon's tracking information showed they were actually shipped seven days after the seller claimed they had been sent. This raised serious concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the communication I was receiving. Perhaps the most alarming response came when I inquired about the missing refund. Rather than addressing the issue directly, the seller sent me "how-to" videos showing how to replace all brake components and cables myself. For a major safety system on an e-bike, expecting customers to perform extensive brake repairs on their own is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. An e-bike that experiences complete brake system failure after less than three months of ownership is unacceptable. The lack of support, contradictory communication, delayed shipping, delayed refund processing, and inadequate resolution only made the situation worse. Beware before purchasing from this seller. If you encounter a serious problem, especially involving safety-related components, don't expect timely support, consistent communication, or meaningful assistance.
