This is the second Zaichare Portable Steam Sauna I used. The first one I used had smoke & a burning plastic smell coming from the steam unit. Amazon quickly sent me a new unit. I used the second steamer twice, and it produced very, very little steam and heat, even after running for 35-40 minutes. Disappointing.

Really enjoying it so far but it did not come with a chair. We even asked on the listing if one would come with the steam sauna and it said it would. Otherwise it appears to be made of decent materials and functioned as intended on first test.

I hadn’t had time to put it together until two days ago March 27th when I noticed the defect. The Sauna has a long tear at the right side in the back midway of the seams of the Sauna. It’s not been used not once. It’s a beautiful Sauna. And it’s larger than I thought it would be, that’s a plus. You won’t be crowded. It’s has two windows to look out of. The price isn’t bad either.

So I'm gonna be real honest here... I ordered this because my sinuses have been terrible & I heard that a sauna can be helpful. But because its portable & such a good price... I kind of figured that it was probably one of those "too good to be true" situations. But I was SO wrong! First of all, it's really well made. The fabric is very thick & stitched strong. Very insulated. It was easy to put together. I did it by my 57 year old self! What surprised me most was the amount of steam this baby puts out! I unzipped the window after about 15 minutes to try to get a picture of how much it produced. It was hard to get a good picture because it kept fogging up my camera lens lol. I do wish I hadn't assembled it in the middle of my livingroom floor, but it's super easy to disassemble & reassemble. I've used it a few times now & my sinuses feel fantastic! I highly recommend this portable steam sauna.
