Mine came in two separate boxes in two different deliveries (same day). Easy to assemble, no issues. Looks awesome. Has numerous different flame color options and the heater actually works surprisingly well. I love it.

I added non-opaque grey and black acrylic rocks (which I bought separately), and it’s even more lovely and realistic looking, in my opinion. There are lots of color choices, I’m sharing my favorite two. The heat works great!

The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is absolutely gorgeous. It’s 50 “ and has 3 storage drawers at the bottom. I put it together by myself. I did however wait to have help to lift the glass fireplace into the cabinet . There were little to no written instructions, but the pictures are very clear. It does say the drawers 17, 18 and 19 have to be put in and exactly that order and believe me they do not fit any other way I tested it … Everything came exceptionally well packed. There was nothing missing cracked, scratched or broken. Like another reviewer said there are no drilled holes for cables for your electronics.. I easily remedied with a drill and a hole saw cutter bit. I highly recommend this fireplace. The crystals in the bottom, and the little pieces of wood are just stunning. You can arrange them the way you like. I’ve added a video and a picture so you can see how you can change the colors of the flames. This was a very beautiful replacement for my older one . Love the remote control. There are multiple temperature settings so you have the option of producing heat or not.

This fireplace is very pretty. The stand is heavy but is kind of cheaply made. A couple pieces had a few chips in them but I didn't really want to go thru the hassle of returning it. It can be covered with a magic marker and most were in hidden places. It took us about 2 hours to assemble. Instructions could have been a little more clear.

This fireplace is a beautiful piece . The only downfall was there's no holes on the shelves for electronics and needs felt on the front bottom glass as it rattles . The instructions are for those that are mechanically inclined . .. Overall it's Beautiful & sturdy and well worth the price .
