This is a WYSIWYG - you sit in a tiny tent and get a steam bath. The chair is too small - as others have stated - but a camp chair fits. I find it hilarious the instructions call the diffuser a fumigator, but hey, English is not everyone's thing. I use it at least 2 or 3 times a week and am delighted.

I just got out of the sauna and i have to say it felt amazing! The paper instructions are useless. I had no idea how to set it up, where to connect the tubes etc out of the box. A paper directing me to View the online video Would Have been more useful. I came back here and found the setup video on Amazon. I got everything connected and turned it on. After an hour there was barely any steam in the sauna. I had my husband check the tubes and everything seemed fine. The lid of the water tank seems to be the problem. I hadn’t fully locked it in place. It’s really hard to turn. I tried to open the tank when i finished the sauna but couldn’t turn it to unlock it. I’ll try again tmr but I May have gotten a defective lid/tank. If not, it’s ridiculous because a woman can’t operate it on her own. Anyways after the lid was fully locked the steam started right away in the sauna. I hopped In and enjoyed. There’s not a lot of leg room. The chair it comes with is kid size, although it holds adult weight. I’m 5’7 and my legs felt cramped coz of the shortness of the chair, and there’s no room to stretch your legs. Next time I’ll try an adult chair and see if it’s better. There’s plenty of room above my head so it should fit ok. 2nd time using it: the adult chair was more comfortable but tighter fit overall. BE VERY CAREFUL, as the steam and container gets VERY HOT and it’d be very easy to burn your foot or calf in the cramped space (especially for a child-I almost have myself). That’s my main complaint. I wish the cord was a little longer as i have to use an extension cord to plug it in, it’s about 2 ft long. Remember to hydrate before and after use.

I like the product, it is capable of recreating a real steam room experience. Ive had it about 1.5 months and it's great. I gave it 4 stars as it's a bit tight for someone 6 foot, but as far as value it really is a 5. Something i didn't see anybody mention when i was shopping was temps. So i wanted to include this. It seems there is basically a temperature delta. When i set this up in my AC living room set at 72 -74. It reaches a temp of around 130 - 135. When i set it up outside it gets hotter. I set it up on my back patio when it was 93 outside and the steam tent was at 150 degrees in about 20 mins. Of course your results may vary but this is good information. A actual steam room should be about 140, and this is capable of doing that no problem. It is a bit tight. Inside dimensions are 30x30 inches on the floor, and 48 inches on the inside before. I am six feet tall, and it is a bit tight as far as leg room, but it works. My head does not touch the top. I see this as a blessing and a curse. Smaller volume isn't as comfortable, but the steam is going to fill the space quicker. A bigger room may take longer. Either way hope this helps you know a bit more about the product. Info that i was looking for before i pulled the trigger.

I love that I can relax and sit in my own sauna. I get all the benefits of a permanent structure. After reading all the benefits, I wanted to make sure I used the sauna, before I invested in a permenant structure. I love this cocoon effect. The window is wonderful for temperature breaks. Of course I wish there was more room. But I am 5'6 and found it easy to sit with a large glass of water and a large bowl of cold water and a soaked hand towel to cool off as needed. I didn't bring any electronics, phone, headphones or other devices in the sauna to report on. I left my music outside on and could hear it fine. Taking my portable sauna on a roadtrip and can't wait! The set up is simple. Easy to assemble. The steaming process is straightforward. This unit heats up in very little time. 2-3 minutes. Using 2-3 times a week now.

The only thing missing from my home gym was a steam sauna so I recently purchased this incredible tent and holy wow it's amazing! It's super easy to put together and the seat will hold at least 235 pounds comfortably. I'm 5 foot 9 inches and fit comfortably in the tent. It is water proof so you won't have to worry about it leaking all over your floor. I absolutely love that my entire body including my head fits in the tent so I get a full body detox. It heats up quickly. I usually turn it on and let it run for about 10 min before I get in so it's already nice and steamy and got when I get in. I spray eucalyptus oil inside the tent and do mindfulness while I detox and sweat like crazy. I would 100% recommend this pop up tent to anyone who wants the benefits of steam. My skin is softer, I sleep better, and my muscles recover faster than they ever have since I started using this. Best do I really need this purchase I have ever made I'm so glad this is in my house!

Great little sauna and for a very reasonable price. I bought it in February and have been using it 2 - 3 times per week. Basically, switch on - wait 10 mins for it to start boiling. Able to sit in the sauna tent for approx. 15 - 20 mins before I must get out. The boiler stopped working a few weeks back. Maybe the thermostat was faulty. Good service by the company to send me a replacement boiler unit.
