When you live more than an hr from any town, you cancel your spa membership lol but the steam really helps with my muscles, relaxing, and detoxing. This heats up pretty quick, easy to use, and its easy to put away without much room.

I was a little skeptical at first about how effective a portable sauna tent could be, but I am honestly blown away by this product! The setup was super easy – it literally took me just a few minutes to assemble. The included folding chair is surprisingly sturdy and comfortable, and the steam generator heats up quickly with 9 adjustable levels, so I can control the intensity depending on how I feel. The tent itself is well-designed with thick quilted material that keeps the heat inside, and it feels just like being in a traditional sauna. After using it for about 20–30 minutes, I come out drenched in sweat and feeling incredibly relaxed. My skin feels softer, and I definitely notice reduced muscle tension after workouts. Setting this up on my back deck was easier than I expected, and it has been a nice way to get a sauna feeling during cold weather. The tent arrived packaged well and everything I needed was in the box. I like that the chair is included, becase it makes the whole setup feel complete right away. On P09 mode, warm up time is about 15 minutes for me, then it gets properly steamy inside. I have been using it in the backyard and it feels cozy once the heat builds up, even when the air outside is chilly. The zipper and openings line up fine and I can get in and out without fighting it. One small thing I appreciated is that the chair height works well with the space, so I am not crouching or awkwardly sitting. My only real complaint is the instructions could be clearer about where to place the steam outlet hose. I found it works best when the steam outlet is under the chair, but that took a bit of trial and error. Also need to figure out the fabric, if I need to put it under sauna. After that, it has been consistent and relaxing. Overall it does what I wanted and I use it more than I thought I would.

I bought this sauna for healthy detox and warming up in the winter. It’s a little elaborate to set it up for every day use so I probably gonna use it once in a while, but I really like it because I can do the sauna and watch TV at the same time. It warms up pretty fast. I am yet to figure out the remote, how it works. Probably next time when I use it will be easier. Definitely recommend it . Doesn’t take too much space when not in use, because it’s foldable.

I got this sauna after using a friend's and it has not disappointed. It's SO easy to put together and use, and I love being able to break it down and tuck it away in between use. It helps me feel refreshed and less bloated after too much salt (or let's be real, margaritas) and helps soothe sore muscles post-workout. If you're wanting an at-home sauna that isn't as permanent as a wood box that needs a place to live, I definitely recommend this product!
