The media could not be loaded. It happens to be 90* outside right now but I saw this personal sauna on Amazon and it’s WAY more cost effective than the permanent one I was thinking about having built in. Also it’s portable!! It’s very compact when you want to store it away and pops back into shape quickly and easily when you’re ready to use it. It comes with a folding chair and a remote to change the temp or shut it off while you’re in it. It has an opening for you to stick your head out of if you want to read or watch tv and a zippered opening on top to reach out to hold the book or remote. It heat up in about 5 minutes. I thought about taking the chair out and sitting on the mat that comes with it, and probably will in the winter. I did put a towel on the chair so it didn’t get it all sweaty. I wasn’t really sure where the mat went (underneath the tent or inside of it, but otherwise the assembly directions were pretty self explanatory. I’m excited for winter. Which I never say!

As someone who’s always testing out wellness buys, this one honestly impressed me. It was super easy to set up (like under 5 minutes), and the steam output is legit. The 9 heat levels let you customize the session, and it really does heat up fast. I’ve used it after workouts, during detox days, and even while watching YouTube podcasts in full cozy mode. I love that I’m able to get my own little steam room at home! It is so easy to set up- take the steam room out of the carry case and pop it open, connect the hose piece to the side of it, connect the steam box with the hose to the inside of the tent, then connect the steam pot to the outside of the steam room with the hose. Put the mat and chair in the steam room, Fill the steam pot up to the max line with water and turn on and let the room sit closed for a few minutes to warm up. Unzip the room, sit down, zip the room back up, and relax and enjoy the steam. It gets very hot pretty quickly and has a convenient zipper for your hands so you can hold your phone, a book, or remote. Very nice little steam spa!
