Would have been easier to set up with another set of hands. The seat is way to small for a large guy...like me. Do I bought a regular size chair. Once set up, the steam outlet position as recommended towards the front corner was way to close to my leg and was very uncomfortable. So, I placed it under my seat. Works a little better. Overall, I'm looking forward to more use of my sauna.

The media could not be loaded. The only time I have been in a sauna is at the gym.But lately I have not had the chance to go.I ever since I started using the sauna my health has benefited from reduced inflammation and body aches. I am so happy I found an affordable sauna I can use at home.most at home saunas costs thousands but this one is very affective cost wise.The construction is pretty sturdy and easy to assemble.it's easy to operate and set the timer.it took me 10 minutes to assemble and get it started. I use it now like every other day.so far it works great and it holds the temperature though put the time I have used it for.you can't beat the price and would recommend for anyone because it's easy to use.
