We rec'd this king topper just over a month ago, about 7/19-20/22. I purposely waited this long to write this reiew to be fair on the quality. We opened it up immediately and laid it out on top of our existing mattress. According to everything we read, we let it breathe for 48 hours. There was never any odor at all. I'm giving it 4 stars only bc of the way it was folded! There is a slight hump right down the middle that hasn't settled out yet. It isn't that annoying, but you can tell it is there. The first night we slept on this topper was wonderful. The support is great and neither of us woke with any back pain at all ! My husband especially was thrilled, he has had back pain for years. Honestly no back pain since, either! After sleeping on it for a month now, the hump is still there, but minor, doesn't bother us at all. I have turned it 180* each time I strip and remake the bed, that was recommended by the manufacture. But that is what you do with any mattress. We did a lot of research on all the brands out there online, even went to some retail stores and asked questions. We learned that the 4" toppers are the best for back, hip pain. We are very satisfied with this product.

Unfortunately this particular mattress toper did not work for my needs. Seemed to be an issue with the one that I actually received from the seller. Their customer service team did reach out and handle the refund in a timely manner. Ended up going with another product, but pleased with service on this.

I just received my mattress pad and so far, so good! It is firm but comfy. I slept through the entire night and woke up feeling without soreness and refreshed! Hope my 'rate of return' speaks for itself and for a very long time!
