I just opened the box from Amazon. It took ten minutes to assemble (very simple, pops open into shape), ten minutes to heat up, and 35 minutes after that I'm one sweaty relaxed dude! If you haven't had a steam bath in a while, you should get this. Especially in the wintertime, as it will drive away the worst chills and dramatically reduce any tension in your body. I'm big (6'-2" & 230 pounds), and I fit right in there. Enough head and leg room, and no wasted space above for steam to rise to. I'm also 65 years old and doing a squat to get on that little chair seemed like it might be a challenge, but it wasn't. I was amazed at how easy it was to get out too! Steam is invigorating yet relaxing. Go from the steamer to the shower and that's as clean as your body can get! I expect its good for the pores and sinuses too. I'm delighted with this product after owning it for about two hours, I feel that good from my one treatment! I put a towel on the chair and wore my birthday suit for my 35-minute soak. Any clothing will get drenched, so skip that. Build quality is better than I had expected. I don't plan to use the remote, but it has one. Maybe don't take that inside with you, it's likely not steam-able. There is enough hose to position the steamer within view of the window. Maybe keep the remote on a nearby counter if you want to tweak it during your session. Unit shows temp setting via bright display (P1-9, I used 9 of course) and minutes remaining (alternating every 5 sec). At full blast 35 minutes only used 1/3 of the water tank supply. Shipped fast too! I didn't think the plastic smell was all that bad like some have complained, and I expect it will off-gas after a few uses and air-outs. I recently purchased this portable steam sauna from Amazon, and I have to say, I'm truly impressed! This is easily one of the best purchases I've made in a long time, and it's definitely worth the price. I'm giving it a full five stars! First of all, the build quality is surprisingly good, especially for the price. The materials used feel durable and well-made, and everything fits together nicely. It's also quite compact and lightweight, which makes it easy to store and transport. But what really sets this steam sauna apart is its portability. I love that I can set it up anywhere in my house, and it's also easy to take with me when I travel. This is more than what the Doctor ordered! I am pleased with my order. I was on the verge of ordering the sauna blanket but stumbled upon this. I was curious so I began reading the installation instructions and benefits. And the price is unbelievable, so I said why not and ordered. It was not a rush order; but received in less than five days. I am not great at assembly, but somehow put this together in no time and began using immediately, which would tell anyone who knows my patience about assembly work, that this is really a piece of cake to put together. I ordered this sauna for various reasons; the main reason is to assist my sleep patterns. It really helps in this area. If you are prone to alarms to wake you up, PLEASE use or you would find yourself oversleeping and may be late for work. After working on my degree, I gained excessive amount of weight. In addition to gym, I purchased this sauna to also assist minimize at least 1- 2 inches, well, it did not help in this area. I do work up a LOT of sweat and please wear your birthday suit or just small garment. Your clothes will get drenched with sweat. Please rehydrate with much water afterwards. This sauna is convenient and worth having. Nothing like having this at your home and use as many times as you wish. ... show more

I wasn't too sure about getting one of these but decided to go for it so I could have a sauna after home workouts. It's just the right size for an adult to sit on a folding chair. The steamer is very easy to use. It has a timer that does allow a cool down at about 5 minutes left. It puts out a lot of steam. The tent is easy to zip from inside and out. It's a bit overwhelming at first but you definitely get used to being inside quickly. It steams up the plastic part so you really can't see out of it. That plastic also unzips separately which is good for a quick breather or if you need to reach something. There is also a pocket on the outside to keep your phone near you. There hasn't been any issues with water leaking from the container. This whole system was easy to put together. Definitely worth the investment to have this conveniently at home. ... show more

The product is easy to setup, perfomed well, occupies small footprint, and comes with everything needed including a foldable chair. The unit is very portable and light weight- we actually brought it with us on our cruise and at the hotels we stayed. Fast heat up to steaming. 1. Broke the zipper to the storage bag immediately. 2. When turning the machine on to the higher setting (which is definitely necessary) the lid pops itself off every 30 seconds and the steam stops coming into the tent. 3. After one use, I opened the lid and in the water there was a small screw and after looking at the lid, one 2 screws were missing and I could only find one. 4. Chemical smell, not sure where it was coming from but when I was inside the sauna there was a very strange and strong chemical smell that stuck with me even after I showered. Overall quality is very poor, and I have some health concerns with the chemical smell. I would not feel comfortable using this item several times a week. ... show more
