I looked at several desktop printers, but also occasionally needed to print documents from my laptop while on the go. This printer fit the bill, being extremely light weight, battery operated and takes very little desk space. The battery operation and wireless connectivity makes it easy to use and set up when you have to change locations with fewer cables to take and reconnect. Print quality is very good with no ink to buy and install. Wireless connectivity has been flawless and connects reliably with no extra effort.     • Weird, but it works
Still really weird and somewhat annoying to have to use a 3rd party app to print things, but that seems to be the norm with these thermal printers. Granted… the app does work decently well for me. You can finagle settings until you get the type of print you want…. Like printing shipping labels of various sizes or just regular sized prints. I do like they it can print various sizes, and can accept the flat thermal paper as well as rolls. I did not have any issues with connectivity. Plugged the supplied usb drive into my pc, and it installed easily. Printed something within 5 minutes. My pc does not have Bluetooth yet, so I just hardwired it. My phone app recognized the printer right away as long as it is turned on. Will get some flat pages in the future to have on hand, but I do like the convenience of the rolls. I don’t print photos or really anything that needs color, so this printer works great for me living in my camper full time. Super small and stores away in any tiny spot for when I need it. This could certainly be adequate for a busier home office that just prints a some documents every day. It prints quickly and love that there is no ink to deal with. ... show more

The printer works fine for phones and my tethered (USB C). Getting it to print wirelessly on my Lenovo is a whole different situation. Instructions are as clear as mud. Frustrating to have to go through many iterations to figure it out. The listing claims that technical assistance is available, but I sure couldn’t quickly find a phone or website to get assistance. I was able to download the app and start using immediately, super lightweight, connects within seconds to my iPhone and my MacBook Air and I have used it at home, in my car and at the airport. Charges quickly then remains charged for a long time and is otherwise cordless. I love the fact that I can take it with me and use in any location. A little bonus I discovered was that it prints great Banners! I just created a Happy Birthday Banner on my phone app and clicked print and it took about 5 minutes! Pretty awesome! ... show more
