Wish I could give zero stars
Color: Black
The box arrived looking like it had gone through a wood chipper, that should have been the first red flag. The vacuum itself looked pristine, so I ignored the chewed up box. I plugged it in to charge overnight, and the red charging light went on. By the next morning the light was still red and when I went to turn it on it didn’t turn on. I left it to charge for a full 24 hours, still nothing. My husband, who is an electrician, opened up the vacuum and said the parts were terrible quality and were broken before they were even assembled. The only thing that works on this is the charge indicator light, but when he tested the internal battery, it wasn’t even capable of holding electricity. This item seems like a scam. There are other mini vacuums from reputable sources, I would recommend anything but this item.

DO NOT BUY from this seller. Waste of money you won’t get back
Color: White
Item was not packaged well when shipped out. I received it and the box was damaged and open. Vacuum did turn on, but it does not have enough power to pick up anything. I tried to have pick up several crumbs and it picked up just one or two. It is very cheap quality. Furthermore, I submitted a return. Shipped it back, rcvd confirmation from UPS and seller is lying to Amazon saying they never rcvd and is denying my refund. Do not shop with this seller.
