I could not find a single local gym that offered a sauna in my area. So I decided to bring it home with this portable home sauna. This is easier than setting up a tent and requires no tools. Its built very sturdy. With it being the side of a pop up shower this sauna fits perfectly in our workout room. I love being able to hop right in after a work out. Within 5-10 minutes the entire pop-up room is evenly filled with steam. The space is compact, only leaving room for one person. This gives me an excuse to have to peace and quite while I enjoy the therapeutic benefits of my at home sauna. When I'm done I just leave open to dry out and easily spray and wipe out with a disinfect to clean it.

This portable sauna is mainly favored for its steam generator and the materials it uses are advertised as food-grade and safe. After receiving the actual item, I took a careful sniff and found that there was indeed no unpleasant smell, which made me feel at ease when using it. The power of the steam generator is appropriate, the amount of steam it produces is sufficient, and the humidity is just right, so it won't feel dry. After sitting in for a while, I started sweating slightly. I felt it was helpful in relieving muscle soreness.

I never dreamed I could have a bonafide sauna in my own house without spending big bucks! Setting up the pod and the steam generator was simple and intuitive and I had it perking in minutes. After use, I let everything dry out well before putting it all in is own zippered case that can be easily stored in a closet shelf or even in a deep drawer. Everything seemed well-made and durable and now, all my adult kids are asking to borrow it!

This one with a steam generator. The main reason is that I think its cost performance is good, it has complete functions, and the reviews are also acceptable. After receiving the goods, the actual item is almost the same as the picture, and the assembly is also very simple. The steam generator operates stably and produces a moderate amount of steam, neither too much nor too little. Sitting in, I felt the temperature rise very quickly. Within just a few minutes, I could experience the effect of a sauna.
