I have been wishing and for a Steam Sauna for years but never took the leap to order one. I finally did and my dream of has come true. Being on a diet and getting older I want the best for my health. The infrared saunas help aches and pains, inflammation and increase detoxification. This one you can fit two people which is perfect because I do not want to feel claustrophobic in it. It's assembled dimensions are 71" x 49" x 36." The infrared sauna system has a 360° steam distribution to evenly fill the sauna up quickly. This makes it great for all seasons, even winter. I could never afford a sauna but am so happy I found this budget-friendly one. It's so great to sit in after a long day in the yard or at work. I've read so much about the health benefits of infrared saunas and now I can experience those too. After a long day of yard work this eases sore muscles and muscle tension. After being in this both my husband and I sleep so well...like babies. One of the unique things about this sauna is that it has built in pockets for you phone or water in case you need them. This sauna is easy to operate and even comes with a remote that you can control the settings with. The two person one that I ordered comes with 2 sauna steamers and 2 chairs. As for where we put it...right now we have it in our spare bedroom for the summer but plan to put it on our enclosed deck in the fall. It has 5 layers of insulation and waterproof layers to lock in heat and block moisture. It has a stainless steel frame that will resist corrosion. So it has done fine in the cooler months on our enclosed deck. I only do not want to use it out there in the spring or summer when inside of it would be way too hot for me. I like though in the winter going into it and then feeling the cold fresh air the few feet to my door. It has been my best gift to myself in years. Our neighbors now envy us.

Rating: 4.5/5 Stars Look, I've tried cheap portable saunas before. You know the ones—they arrive in a suspicious package, you set them up all excited, turn them on, and suddenly your bathroom smells like you're vulcanizing rubber in there. Not exactly the zen detox experience you were hoping for. This iTHERAU sauna is different, and honestly, that's the whole point. The Thing Nobody Talks About (Until Now) The silicone hoses and heat-resistant plastic windows don't off-gas that weird chemical stench. I know this sounds like a low bar, but trust me—when you're sitting there trying to relax and breathe deeply, the last thing you want is to wonder what exactly you're inhaling. This one just smells like... steam. Novel concept, right? Will You Actually Use It? Here's my test for any home wellness equipment: Will I still be using this in three months, or will it become an expensive coat rack? The portability here actually matters because I can break it down in about five minutes and shove it in a closet. The stainless steel frame feels solid without being a nightmare to move around. I've set it up in my bathroom, my bedroom (don't judge), and once in the garage when I was really desperate. If setup took 20 minutes, I'd have used this thing exactly twice. The Controls Are Actually Intuitive Nine temperature settings (P1-P9) and a timer that goes up to 99 minutes. You can adjust everything from the steamer itself or use the remote if you're already settled in. The 1200W heater gets the steam going in 3-4 minutes, which is clutch because waiting around in your towel for steam that may never come is a special kind of disappointment. Size Check It's 2.6' x 2.6' x 5.9'—basically a phone booth for steam. Not massive, but I'm 5'10" and don't feel like I'm trapped in a sleeping bag. The window up top tilts open (lifesaver for claustrophobia), and there are side windows that actually provide airflow. You can see out, wave to your confused spouse, check your phone if you're that person. The chair it comes with is... fine. Does the job. Would I trust it in a furniture catalog? No. Does it hold me up for 20-minute sessions? Yes. The Stuff That Actually Lasts The cotton lining keeps the heat in and wipes down easily—no weird mildew situations so far. The steam pot is 304 stainless steel, which means it's not going to corrode into oblivion after six months like cheaper models. There's an auto-shutoff if it runs dry, which I've tested accidentally (oops) and it works. Real Talk: The Downsides The chair could be beefier if you're a bigger person. The remote sometimes needs you to point it just right to work. And the first time you set this up, you'll probably mess something up and have to redo it. By the third time, you'll have it down. Bottom Line This isn't going to replace a fancy spa membership or a professional steam room. But if you want regular steam sessions at home without toxic fumes, endless setup time, or equipment that falls apart, this is legitimately good. This portable sauna is incredibly easy to set up and took me only about 10 minutes since the tent practically pops into place. The instructions were very clear, and I appreciate how easily it folds back down for storage when not in use. On the highest setting, the unit produces a consistent amount of steam and gets hot enough to work up a good sweat within about 15 minutes. The quality of the tent material, the zippers, and the steamer unit all feel very durable. The chair itself is a bit small and not very sturdy but I have a plastic chair that I can sit on more comfortably so it's not an issue. The sauna itself is a great value and performs exactly as described. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an effective at-home steam treatment, provided you have a small stool or a better chair of your own to use.

I got the single person sauna without infrared light - though I would have preferred to have tried that version. I'm new to using a sauna, and have only briefly been in a dry sauna, so this has been a very new experience. Assembly wasn't bad at all, you just need to notice in the beginning that the connecting points are either three right angles, or two right angles with a 45 degree angle. If you're not paying close attention you'll have to replace a few when it very obviously is not taking the proper shape. It really comes with everything you need. The chair is like a small camping chair, not totally comfortable but not the worst. I think in the future I will place a towel on it for more cushioning. Being unaccustomed to a steam sauna, it felt almost unbearable at first, but after a while I acclimated. I couldn't believe how amazing I felt afterwards. I listened to music the whole time, put a color changing light outside the tent and really zoned out and my stress melted away. It was truly an at home spa experience. I set this up in my laundry room that has an external window, so when I finished, I unzipped the door and windows and let it air out with the window cracked open. I was surprised at how quickly it dried out, but it is cool temps in fall here. I appreciate how portable it is, and though it fits well in the space I have it, I may need to store it at times. For now, I'm planning on using it 2-3 times a week. I think it's an amazing value for a portable sauna tent, and I'm so glad I got this.

Everyone in my family has thoroughly enjoying having this, setup was easy and the directions were easy to follow. The only thing that is not amazing is the chair that comes with is pretty tiny, but it fits well inside the sauna. My family is mainly short so it's not bad for us but if you have tall people using it may be quite uncomfortable to sit on a tiny chair.

Not as easy as I thought to assemble, lots of pieces, not sturdy. You need to be careful if you plan on storing it built. The steam works, I didn’t stay in it too long since it was very uncomfortable overall. May be something you need to figure out how to adjust it to your liking. Highly recommend using a dehumidifier in the same room.

This is a nice steam sauna enclosure that I’ll really enjoy in a few months! (It is still 90’s here, with similar humidity outside- so right now can just go outside;) Kinda kidding, but not really:) This will be so nice to have though once it is cold dry air outside… to have this to use! I gave it a trial run though to be able to write this review… was packaged well- all arrived in perfect condition. Was easy to assemble, just me- didn’t need a second set of hands:) The heated steamer machine was easy to fill and was easy to use w both the remote and w the buttons on the machine. Filled the enclosure quickly too. The chair is comfortable enough but I’ll likely repurpose one of my foldable beach chairs to use in here when it is used more frequently as they’re more comfortable- but that’s personal preference:) Was easy to break down after emptying the machine and putting a box fan in front of it and the enclosure opened and letting it air out a bit that way and dry fully so would be fine folded up for the next months until I’m taking it back out. Dried pretty quickly too especially w my box fan addition:) Good value for this- I’ll use this a lot this winter. Think it will also be much more relaxing to use when I need a humidifier? I’ll hop in this instead:)
