There's more accidents than id I like to admit. This machine works great at getting urine out of furniture! Even urine that has dried comes out easily (i use Clorox Urine Out! and let it sit for a few minutes before suctioning up). I really like that you can easily take apart the cleaning brushes/suction units to rinse off debris. At $139 with a $30 off coupon, this was an excellent buy! The device has a small footprint, and you can easily stow it away as the cord and the hose wrap neatly around the device. It looks good and was surprisingly efficient. I was a bit sceptical at first, since my initial round didn't remove any stains, but after a while I started to notice a difference. I just hope I had this device earlier so I could have removed all the dirt, now my item was too dirty to begin with. Having said that, I think I eventually was able to remove 90% of the dirt, which I am happy with. A couple of word of advice: Make sure you have towels and/or wipes nearby, as the water sprays around a bit. I also noticed the smaller head was more efficient, and less messy, so I will be mostly using it in the future.

This carpet cleaner worked very well. It was easy to use. The suction power is good and although we didn't completely soak our couch, the machine pulled a lot of water out. The couch dried very quickly after cleaning. We did not have a problem with the machine leaking but we've only used it a couple of items. I would recommend this machine.

This is a nice, compact unit. Everything cleans out easily after use & is as fresh as when it was brand new. So no lingering odors! Both the power cord & hose wrap neatly around the unit for storage. There is plenty of suction to make cleaning spills or dirty areas on carpets or upholstery. The hose on our previous unit had to bend to be stored away. This caused a crack over time. Our new unit has the hose attached smartly on a swivel joint which should prevent this from being a problem. This is a great item to have for the everyday clean ups & mishaps of life at a very reasonable price.
