It arrived in perfect condition. Well padded and boxed. The back had to be put on, but was done easily by sliding the back into two slots. The legs were mounted by screwing them on. I have yet to try the hide a bed, but it appears to be much thicker than others that I have seen. My order was shipped on Jan. 3 from Indiana and arrived at my door in Vernal, Utah on Jan. 9. This couch was purchased and put in our RV trailer. It was purchased in 2018, has only been sat on about a dozen times as we've only used the RV a total of seven times. The cheap / poor quality upholstery started this pealing / delamination on our third trip. We bought two recliners from a cheap furniture warehouse at the same time.... they're still like new, and the leatherette is like new. I would not recommend this product as it's not cheap in price,but definitely low quality materials. ... show more

Wanted a pull out sleeper to replace blow-up mattress that came with RV. This is an excellent replacement. Shipped immediately on a pallet. Assembled easily. Haven't slept on bed yet but pulls out easily and feels comfortable. Great improvement over original.

Seemed great till the rear leg broke due to crappy plywood glue and staples. Had too glue and screw the broken piece of plywood that the plastic leg screws into. Will reinforce with a metal plate at a later time. The rest of the couch looks ok, but now am concerned about overall quality.
