    • Actually works to cool pool
This thing actually works! We set it up as soon as we got it, (super easy) ran the pump 4 hours during the night and the water dropped over 10°! Went from 94° to 80° overnight. It fits our Bestway pool 12'x8' My only complaint is it sags downward. But that was easily fixed with some bungee cords. Overall, very happy with the purchase. ... show more

    • Product is good but size was small for my inground pool
I am unfortunately returning this product because it didn't work out for me. My outlet was way down in my inground pool and so this one hardly was able to put its neck out to do any fountain action for me. But assembly, installation, and quality of material were all good. The only thing I found funny was the wobbly nature of the fountainhead. It moves back and forth and doesn't stay steady once installed. It may be a design thing allowing it to give it the moving fountain effect..dunno. Also, another thing you have to understand is, if your outlet water pressure isn't that great, this one is not for you. All 3 of my outlets had low pressure so it was hardly a fountain experience for me. I think this would work wonders on an above-ground pool. ... show more

    • Junk - Joints Leak - Falls over without added support
Absolute Junk! The joints leak no matter how you tighten them. Why would they not use a rubber gasket to avoid this? Also, I can't find a way to tighten the ball joint so the whole thing flops over without using zip ties to support it. Will be returning!

I had bought one last year it was the same thing it broke so I purchased this one and this so much better. The plastic is way better quality.On this one, the fountain stays above the water.It doesn't fall into the water.It works amazing

Love it. It cools the pool down by almost 15 degrees in the hot Georgia sun. The kids enjoy laying under the fountain on tubes. Highly recommended

    • Design issue
The product was easy to assemble and install. The problem was that the height of the arm from the pool connection was about 4 inches too short to be above the water level. An extension could be designed to address this issue.

    • Kids love it and actually cools the pool off
Follow the directions in the packaging and make sure you don't over tighten the clamps. Used it this weekend and dropped the pool temp down a few degrees and kids loved the fountain part. Use the opening to keep the flow of the pool and regulate the fountain.
