I ordered 2 of these batteries to keep my fishing locator operational during an upcoming Canadian fishing trip. We have limited resources for charging batteries up there, so I wanted something that would charge efficiently with a solar panel. They arrived in plenty of time for me to charge and test. I've had one of them running my locator for 24 non-stop hours now with no sign of quitting yet. Nice battery. I have about a dozen lifepo4 batteries from about 5 different makers. This one has great documentation with all specs and usage guidelines included. It came at the expected 50% charge and took full charge when I charged it. I test all my new batteries with a load tester and this one provided the full 18AH using a 5a load (constant current) and the BMS cutoff as expected just over 10.3v. The battery arrived dead, not charging, not working. Returned it and the seller claims it's not the exact item. I don't have the faulty battery anymore (as I have returned it) and was also charged for it. Scam!!!

High density engery for the given size, this 'kayak' sized battery can power a lot of things and last thru a thousand recharges (hopefully). I use these batteries in my kayak, in home made power banks, to power lighting for fishing, to charge phones/tablets/head lights/flashlights, the list is endless. Anything that needs a USB port or DC or AC jack, you can build around a small battery like this with just a few parts from Amazon. Get yourself an AMMO can, and a few gangs of USB Ports, a small DC intervertor, and voila, you have a small generator for under $100! 18amp hours is pretty large, relatively, for this size battery (physical). I have a variety, from 6ah, to 50ah, and I really love the 10-18 ah size batteries for convenience. ... show more

I got this item and I use it at my workbench for being able to test the lights in different items It works well as I made a little area to house this and be able to hook up different devices for charging and use it at my workbench for several different items very small compact has plenty of power recharge time isn't that bad seems like a pretty good value I'll be checking the durability over the long term and the quality of the product stay tuned for a possible update but as of now I've used it several times a week and it's going to hold up pretty well going to be curious as how many recharges it gets ... show more
