  • Cleans well…easy to use!

Works great for vacuuming pool. Charge lasts for multiple touch up vacuuming! Easy to use.

  • Works great! Used it many times now.

Previously bought a much more expensive pool robot. It broke after one use. So, I thought let’s try this as the reviews looked good. Our pool has a screen enclosure so leaves and sticks are rare, but with rains we do get lots of small debris. This little unit worked like a champ. First, I wisely used a “real” aluminum pole. The unit is light enough to move around yet heavy enough to stay on the bottom and gently scrub at algae. Also, the motor is powerful enough to suck it all up plus get all the sand and tiny gravel that accumulates. You can see in the picture the results. Easy to clean and charge, too. Clever pool vac that I’m hoping gives many seasons of cleaning. And the battery ran fine and strong for a 20,000 gallon pool. We do have a screened in pool that limits a lot of the larger debris, so this is perfect to quickly clean the pool every 2 to 3 weeks. So much easier than setting up the super long hose to the pool filter etc.! Update, the locking handle broke. It’s kind of flimsy plastic. I bought a replacement for a few bucks sadly after a year and a half now it won’t start. It’s a shame because it’s really a great little and effective quick pool vacuum. ... show more

  • Sorry long but worth the read

This is my second pool blaster. My first was $99 from Walmart and I love it. It is no longer holding a charge. So I bought this one. Once charged it didn’t work. I called Watertech and was told it was defective (Wednesday) they sent an email needing some info before sending me a shipping label. I did an hour later and called back to let them know I sent all the info. . I never received the label. Fast forward to Monday and I’m told that they never received the email from me. Now mind you I spoke to someone on Friday explain to I had yet to receive my label. Of course when I asked why I was not told the in previous calls their was not explanation. I was told once I resend the info I would have my label within the hour. I called back verified they got my email. At 3pm that day still no label. I have to call back and finally I received the label. I was told once I drop it off to call them and they will send my replacement right away. Let’s see if they honor that. I will be calling this morning. ... show more

  • Don’t buy!
Style: Aqua Broom XL Ultra
I bought my first above ground pool for my three and four-year-old grandchildren. They are only three and four, so I bought a small 4 x 7 x 2 foot pool. I needed a way to clean the bottom; although the top is easy to skim with a net, and it is covered when not in use, I noticed the bottom was collecting slippery algae, dirt from little feet, toys thrown in, etc. These children don’t swim yet so I don’t want them to slip under and get scared. I did use chlorine but clearly still needed a vacuum. I don’t have a place to plug in a filter pump so I purchased this water broom. I was intensely disappointed. The batteries were easy to put in, but turning it on is an insane chore. If you turn it to the left or right to turn it on or off, which requires a body builder to do, the basket that contains the filter falls off, but there is no other way to turn it, you need that leverage, especially when wet. It is very hard to do under normal circumstances, and I’m sure the kids learned a new swear word when listening to me trying to turn it off. When I fractured a finger, it became impossible. Even my husband is unable to turn it off or on easily. Believe every review that says it’s hard to turn off and on, because it’s harder than that. I honestly don’t understand how this thing is supposed to work. It has two very tiny little filters, one for big leaves and one for small things, and while it will suck up a few leaves and bugs, it doesn’t suck up much more than that as there isn’t room. Plus, the water comes back out of the side so any dirty water spews right back into the pool. It might look nice while you are sweeping it, but in reality the dirty water is swirling around and will settle as soon as you are done. This was a terrible purchase. It might be fine for a tiny plastic kiddy pool, (maybe) but not for my tiny above ground pool. I am upset when I buy these big sized things because I never am able to send them back once used, but I do want to warn people not to buy this. At least try one of the ones with the bigger filter because this tiny little filter thing won’t even clean my tiny little pool. I have had to drain my pool three or four times this summer just to get it clean enough for the kids to be safe. A chore in itself as it still leaves a foot of water so you constantly have to push the dirty water out. As I said I do use chlorine and I have used algicide. I’m a former fish keeper so I understand water. This broom just doesn’t do the trick, only water changes. I just wish I had an outlet for a filter pump. Nothing is all bad so I will say the battery life is good, and the batteries are well protected from the water. Suction seems ok but since it spits the water back into the pool like a house vacuum without a cannister, I’m not sure if it matters. Um…I guess that’s it. Don’t waste your money. I do not know why this has any good reviews. I bought the updated one, maybe the old one was better? ... show more

  • Used at least 15 times already and is amazing

I had to reduce stars the material from which is made is brittle and my pool adaptor broke and there is no replacement. The pool adaptor has two wings that attach to the vacuum. I am so upset, that they do not make replacement parts. I have learned from other reviews to exercise caution with the plastic closure as it can become brittle. Therefore, I make sure to thoroughly dry the vacuum and store it safely after each use. I am also careful to use the protection cap for the plug to prevent water from entering the casing. In the past month, I have only used the small vacuum and haven't needed to use the big hose and vacuum. Despite that, the small vacuum is sufficient for my 14x34 pool, allowing me to clean every inch of the pool bottom. I'm quite curious to see how clean the filter is now, as I've been taking extra precautions to protect the pump. The vacuum works amazingly well, effectively removing dead algae, and the small filter inside prevents sand from returning to the pool. Moreover, the large canister is capable of sucking up large pine needles, which is particularly helpful since my neighbors have pine trees that often drop needles into my pool. Thanks to this vacuum, I've been able to maintain my pool in pristine condition. ... show more

This little vacuum works great! My pool is a 16' circle that's 4' deep. I do most the cleaning with the skimmer, but this picks up what is left, even the sand!
