Use a Flocculant for water and 48hrs latter the vacuum will even end up picking up all the dust and algae that is inside the pool water. Very good vacuum and powerful. Very easy to use and very easy to clean the filter. The battery last very long , I can use it a few weeks before the battery dies and it has never died on me and I have left it without charging for very long time, very very good battery. Iv had this vacuum for a year now and it has been very good to me and to my pool. I wish I would of known sooner to use the Flocculant in the pool for all the algae and dust because my pool is surrounded by trees but I’m happy this vacuum can even pick up dust and algae after using the flocculant. I will buy this vacuum again if it ever brakes. I highly recommend it. I have no complaints at all about the vacuum. It saved me lots of money because it do the same job that a very expensive vacuum would do.

This is my THIRD pool vacuum. Since they all seem to last about a year, I thought I'd go cheaper this time. SOOOO glad I did!! It out-performs last year's expensive blaster, which died the day after its warranty. After a small problem with the filter basket - which the seller fixed so fast I didn't have time to blink - I am LOVING this little workhorse! Most pool vacuums claim to run for forty to sixty minutes. This one says it'll run up to sixty. In my experience, they usually run under forty. My neighbour is fixing his roof. Every tiny bit of roofing material has blown into my pool. I just finished an hour and fifteen minutes of vacuuming! Got ALL that stuff up from the bottom of my pool! I wish I had had my phone with me to show you all the YUCK that I cleaned up with this little machine today, but it overheats when I leave it on the pool deck. It takes **FOREVER** to charge, but it lasts and lasts and lasts! It picks up everything except the really BIG leaves, and it doesn't like pine needles much, but it gets the job done. I usually go in the pool with it, so I can pull the pine needles out before it sucks them all the way up, leaving more room for everything else. Not that it lacks internal space, but it IS a vacuum and, just like the one in my living room, when the thing is full the suction is less. Fortunately, I was able to have a spigot installed right by the pool that I can reach while in my pool, and cleaning this is as easy as 1-2-3! It can even be fun to use. Don't tell my neighbour - I want him to think I slaved away all day - but in my little 48" x 18' round above ground, I can slap on a mask and snorkel and swim and vacuum at the same time! Cleans sand, leaves, and roofing crud. Easy to clean the large-capacity filter. Simple to put together - and I suggest you assemble the filter under water because it IS large and can hold a zillion air bubbles which get in the way of seeing what you're doing. Does it all for half the price of some of the others!

Works good , easier then hooking up to pool pump. but the bottom rollers came off after about a month of use. Not sure if that caused the wholes in my liner or if the liner was just aging. Update: Updated to 4 stars due to the seller being willing to help and try to make things right which is appreciated.

We live in a rural area with a lot of fir, laurel and other trees. We also don't have a lot of water so our ground and grass are very dry. Therefore, a fair amount of debris and/or dirt can be tracked into the pool even being careful. So, I purchased this vacuum to take care of the problem and boy did it. I charged it overnight the day it arrived as the instructions said it takes 7-8 hours to get a full charge and it does. Then the next day I snapped the long handle into place and went to vacuuming. We have a 14' diameter x 39" above ground pool and I was able to easily walk around the pool vacuuming towards the center. The vacuum picked up all of the small items, fir needles, small leaves and bugs off the bottom of the pool with no problem. What surprised me when I was finished and went to clean the reusable filter was how many dirt particles where in the filter. It was pretty full and those where particles that I wasn't even able to see while I was vacuuming. Very impressed by the suction power, efficiency and ease of use that this vacuum provided. It also seems to be pretty well built to last for some time even though it is surprising lightweight. Great job on this one!

Hey T-Boy, I use this for the swim spa. I had a different type before this one and it was okay but cheaper. It gave out after a few months. But this one is a whole different animal...rechargeable, heavy duty, and works well. The thing that impresses me the most is the filter and how it's so easy to remove and clean. It catches every little thing. I've had it for a couple of weeks and haven't recharged it yet. You gonna like it.

Seller replaced this vacuum and shipped a brand new one, it is an amazing vacuum that works great for my pool. Unfortunately the first one I received had many issues but the seller was quick to fix and communicate. I used this for a couple of months last summer and it was an amazing vacuum. Now upon opening my pool up this year the wheels have fallen off of the brush and the charging port no longer works. Seller pointed me in the direction of a replacement brush for the vacuum, I should not be buying replacement parts after having used this for less than a few months. Not at all impressed with this seller or this product. It is a great vacuum and does an excellent job, when it works. However, it has way too many issues in this short of a time span for me to purchase any replacement parts. This vacuum stays in my garage during the summer and was stored in my basement during the winter. There is no reason for it to be falling apart and the charging components to go bad already when I have taken excellent care of it. This is a poorly made product and I will not be purchasing replacement parts or this brand again.
