The media could not be loaded. This exercise bench has superb sturdy construction with top-tier build quality that's truly amazing and built to last. It has fully adjustable decline/flat/incline positions, plus adjustable height foot rests, perfect for ab workouts. Despite being heavy, it's surprisingly mobile thanks to rear wheels that let you drag it around easily, and I believe that heavy benches are awesome for a workout. The assembly was straightforward with no complications. I've bought a bench before at almost the same price with really bad quality, so this is a huge upgrade in every way. The only minor complaint I have is that the seat cushion could be more reinforced for comfort, though it's perfectly good as it is for regular use. This is a valued product that should be bought without hesitation if you need a quality, durable bench for your home gym use..

The media could not be loaded. This home workout bench is nicely designed and made with high quality steel. The frame feels solid and secure. Does not wobble or shift whole using. The seats are semi soft and are fully adjustable in flat or angle positions. The mechanism is smooth and intuitive. Lifting the bench would require two people but thanks to rear wheels and convenient grab handle out front, one person can easily drag it around on a flat surface. All the components came nicely packed and partly assembled. Assembly was straight-forward with the provided tools. Took about 15 minutes. Overall a quality, comfortable, user-friendly bench that looks good.

After a lot of research, I chose the Pooboo Y160. I've worked in the sheetmetal industry my entire work career, and this is a well-made and well-designed bench. Build quality and engineering are solid. Assembles easily. Probably the best dollar-value traditional workout bench available. When using it, it is very solid & comfortable. The padding is semi-rigid, seems like it'll last a while. Happy with the purchase. If you're looking for a great quality, solid and reliable, straight-forward workout bench, this should be at the top of your list.

Overall, very nice. The top for your back is very sturdy and is comfortable in all positions. You don’t ever feel worried about weight on top of this. Assembly was very easy and was done in about 30 minutes. The only downside to this that I don’t like is the bottom seat area. Even when fully tight it has more flex side to side in it than I would like. Not quite worrying, but noticeable and it feels as if they should have added a brace from the outside corners of the seat to the lower front frame are. Overall, very nice, and would purchase again if needed.

I am really happy with this bench. It’s super sturdy and feels like gym-quality equipment. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it hasn’t wobbled once. The padding is comfortable, and it adjusts easily between incline, flat, and decline positions. I was able to put it together pretty quickly too. Great value for the price — definitely recommend it if you’re building a home gym.
