For starters, I am 220 Ibs and lift a pretty decent amount of weight. This bench is amazing so far for the price. After 14 years of having my commercial bench , it started to get a little unleveled. I bought this one in hopes it would be somewhat similar. Took me about 20 min to put together. It is definitely doing the job and surprised me! Overall , I’d definitely recommend this bench because it’s so easy to put together and pretty durable. Likely, one of the best starter benches (at this quality) / everyday benches for a home gym you can get at this price (it’s definitely worth the extra $40-$50 you’d spend on another bench that likely will not be as sturdy, easily damaged or has a lighter weight capacity! Only a small few differences from my old commercial bench , but definitely worth buying. I’ll list those below. (Keep in mind, the pros and cons are based off what I am used to having) so your experience may be even better than mine! Pros: -I will say, the quality/durability is very good for the price point it’s at. -Very easy to put together -sturdy -easy to move from place to place -incline / decline works better than I thought -amazing price for the quality -seat also adjustable Cons: -only a step down in quality from commercial bench (padding/firmness) - 2 inches shorter than my commercial bench (18in vs 20in) (height) -would have like the gap from seat to back rest slightly closer -wish it had a little more 1 or 2 more decline adjustments Pro/con: it has foot support for sit ups but they do work well! Just a little smaller than I’d want (however again , amazing for the price)

Im so glad I took a chance and got my Pooboo Adjustable Weight Bench — it feels solid, stable, and well-built, especially for a home gym setup. The 1500 lb weight capacity gives a lot of confidence during workouts, and the bench stays secure with no wobbling, even during heavier lifts. The flat, incline, and decline positions make it very versatile for full-body training, from chest presses and shoulder work to core exercises and leg routines. I have had this for a month and can give an honest review after using it many times now. It’s is a solid weight bench. The assembly was straight forward and easy to do. My 5 yr old son enjoyed helping me build it, it’s that easy. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. The bench has a great feel that provides the confidence needed while going heavy. Even using it for inclined push ups or other body weight exercises, it feels solid throughout. It’s extremely easy to adjust the incline of the bench, and the seat, bith with well built holds that you never have to worry will give or slip. The back legs are wide enough to prevent any wobble, while not being to wide to cause clearance issues. The padding is just right, not too much but just enough. Aesthetically, the bench looks great. No flaws in the paint/powder coat and no imperfections on the material. What I really enjoy about it is the handle and wheels. I do CrossFit style workouts, so constantly moving it around. It is so easy to maneuver around my home gym. I am the type that ends up spending more time then needed researching and reading reviews prior to buying and trying to wade through the “fake” reviews. I am very pleased with this purchase and feel the value, price for build quality vs competition, is excellent. Definitely worth the price. A nice bonus, and not sure if this is with everyone sold or I just lucked out, there was a flyer in the box that said if I emailed them with proof of purchase they would send me a free gym towel and you could pick from 3 different colors. I did and in about a week the towel arrived. I was surprised with the quality of it too.

I’ve been using this bench for a while now, and overall, I’m really impressed. The standout feature is definitely the adjustability. Having so many different levels for both the backrest and the seat makes it incredibly easy to find the perfect angle for whatever project or workout I’m tackling. The Pros: Highly Adjustable: The range of positions for the seat and back is amazing. Sturdy Frame: As a 230 lb man, I was concerned about capacity, but this bench handles my weight without any signs of stress or bending. Ease of Use: Switching between levels is quick and intuitive. The One Caveat: The only reason I’m not giving this a full five stars is that the seat is a bit wobbly. It doesn't feel like it’s going to break—it’s still holding up just fine—but there is a slight lateral movement that you notice when getting situated. Final Verdict: Even with the slight wobble, it feels secure and reliable. If you're a bigger guy looking for a bench with great positioning options, this is a fantastic choice.

I rarely leave reviews, but this workbench absolutely deserves one. From the moment I opened the box, I could tell this was a quality product. The bench is sturdy, well-designed, and feels far more heavy-duty than I expected for the price. Assembly was straightforward, everything lined up well, and once together it felt rock solid. The adjustable height and built-in power outlets are fantastic features that make it incredibly practical for a garage or workshop setup. What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. One part arrived with slight damage during shipping, and I expected a hassle trying to get it resolved. Instead, the company responded very quickly, was extremely friendly, and handled the issue professionally without any runaround. They genuinely seemed to care about making things right, which is becoming rare these days. It’s refreshing to buy from a company that stands behind its products and treats customers well.
