Very well built and easy to setup. It offers several variations as opposed to standard rowing. I've been using for cardio and post back day workouts. It also works well for multiple muscle groups for when time is short. I recommend it!

I absolutely love this rowing machine! Before this, I had a hydraulic resistance model, but after breaking it from intense rowing, I decided it was time for an upgrade. While I don’t plan on becoming a competitive rower, I truly enjoy the workout experience, especially when paired with my VR goggles—it makes me feel like I’m out on the water. One of the standout features of this machine is the individual arm control, which made me realize just how much weaker my left arm was. Having that awareness has helped me focus on strengthening it. The full-motion rowing is another game-changer, allowing me to engage more of my back, lats, arms, and chest. It truly enhances the realism of rowing, especially in virtual reality. The magnetic resistance delivers an incredibly smooth and even workout from start to finish—unlike hydraulic resistance, which can fluctuate with heat. Another huge plus is how quiet this machine is. So far so good 👍 It is, so far, a reliable and sturdy machine. Which I need, @6'0" & 365lbs. It was simple to put together & even though I used my own tools, the manufacturer provides EVERYTHING you need to put the machine together in the box if you DON'T have the necessary tools. The ONLY thing negative I have run into, so far, is that the listing here on Amazon says the maximum weight it is designed for goes up to 400lbs, while the manual that came WITH the machine(which I am sorry to say I don't have right in front of me) says that the limit is 325lb or 345lbs. The important bit to me was that the manual was telling me the weight limit was LESS than my current weight @360lbs. Which hopefully the machine will help me fix THAT issue 😉. The last thing I will mention, because it IS extremely beneficial for me & apartment living, is that when you "stand it up" it has a VERY small footprint. Which I think would be beneficial for anyone, even if you live in a mansion & have all the space in the world, it's still GREAT to save space where you can - even if it IS just a esthetic (which it most certainly IS a necessity for me!). ... show more
