Once set up, the bike feels sturdy thanks to its heavy-duty steel frame and 35-pound flywheel, which keeps it stable even during more intense rides. I weigh around 200 pounds, and it supports me fine with a listed capacity of 350 pounds. The standout feature is the silent belt drive paired with magnetic resistance. It’s genuinely quiet—barely a whisper, even at higher resistance levels—so I can ride early in the morning without waking anyone up. The resistance adjusts smoothly with a twist of the knob, offering enough range to suit both casual spins and tougher workouts. The emergency brake (press the knob down) is a nice safety touch, though I haven’t needed it yet. The seat is a mixed bag. PooBoo exercise bike is great. It is really quite with very very little noise. I'm very happy with my purchase. Customer service is fantastic. The original control box that came with the bike didn't work so I contacted support. Tina helped me by eventually shipping a replacement box. The second one works great. It took couple of weeks to resolve since the control box was shipped from China. Thanks Tina for your support and resolution of the issue.

Pros 1. If you are looking for a no nonsense exercise bike that is inexpensive yet sturdy, this is a good purchase. You definitely get your money’s worth and then some. 2. This is a pro and con…so much packaging protecting this thing. 3. Customer service is terrific (see discussion of seat under cons). 4. The company will send you a free device (nothing fancy) that allows you to use your bike with apps like Zwift. I rarely use it because using a bike that has only one gear with such an app is not much fun IMO. Cons a. After removing the seat from the box, I thought “this thing is going to be comfy!”. It isn’t. It hurt my a** after only a few minutes each use. This is where the great customer service kicked in. I contacted the company and they sent me a free seat pad. The seat pad had a terrible off-gassing odor to the point it filled my finished basement with the smell for a good week or so. The pad helps a little, but my backside is still begging for more padding after a 30 minute workout. b. The bars that you grab as you ride are not wide enough. Because the back edges of the iPad holder (very small holder, by the way) are not rounded, if you tend to grab the horizontal portion of the bars your hands will tend to get scratched a bit because there is so little horizontal width (your hands rub the outer edge of the holder as you pedal). Don’t take this to mean the edges are sharp. They are not but lack of space and lack of a rounded edge makes it less than ideal for holding as you pedal. I think a bit more horizontal bar width and rounding the backside edges of the holder would be a good improvement. c. The packaging is amazing. There’s a ridiculous amount of plastic wrap used to protect this thing during shipping. I definitely appreciate the effort to protect the equipment but I’d like to see the company be a little smarter with the packaging method. I think they can still achieve their goal of protecting the components while using less material. Would I recommend this bike? Yes. After many months of use I’m still amazed what a solid bike this is considering what I paid. Just remember, this is a very basic bike. You get on, you pedal, maybe adjust the resistance now and then, and that’s it.

GREAT customer service. The seller was super easy to work with via email and quick to respond. I am 6'1 and over 200 lbs. The bike itself would be ideal for a smaller framed rider than myself. It was easy to put together and set up. I will be returning the bike due to it not be "big" enough.

Glad I did my research and found the Pooboo Bike. My decision was based on flywheel weight, magnetic resistance and price and I couldn't be happier. I use it for my Rehit workouts. When the high intensity intervals come up I just turn the resistance knob up 2 full rotations and back down 2 rotations in the rest intervals. Only takes a couple seconds for the change and I set the high interval for 25sec instead of 20sec to make up for this. Customer service is excellent.
