This is a great elliptical machine to have at home to do exercise. I got the basic model unlike the advance at the gym but it does provide a great exercise at home. The product is easy to install with clear instructions and step by steps tools, only take me less an hour to complete the installation. It is quite, smooth and stable, come with a sample LCD provide basic information like time, strike, heartbeat, distance, and adjustable resistance. I love the power incline and resistance buttons on the screen and handles. It’s a great workout with any of the programs. It’s very easy to install about 20 minutes. Also I can install it by myself. It is adjustable heavy levels. After I have this machine, every morning I can do twenty minutes exercises at home. I don’t have to go out. It’s very convenient to do exercises. Love it!

I got this to add to my home gym for some variation. It is the perfect size and easy to use. It’s much sturdier than I thought it would be for the price. My friend came over and used it the other day and says she wants to get one now too so it must be a good one.
