This case is solidly built with great quality leather and looks pretty smart. It’s a solid choice that I’m happy with, especially compared with much more expensive options such as Arte di Mano. The reason I’m knocking one star off are: 1. It lacks a cover on the bottom, opting for a tall base platform instead. I’d like if it had a magnetic flap that closed the bottom. 2. The screw that attaches it to the camera needs a screwdriver. Would be nice if it could be torqued by hand. 3. Because the base platform is so thick, removing memory cards from the camera is quite hard as the card does not pop out far enough to making it hard to pick them out.

Excellent quality with one design flaw. The SD card cannot be removed due to the depth of the bottom of the case. I had to use tweezers to as I couldn’t grip it w my fingers. Yes, photos can be downloaded from the camera using either WiFi or the USB-C connection. However the WiFi speed is only adequate while the door covering the USB-C port is not as robust as the cover for the SD card. My concern is that using the USB-C port for charging the battery and downloading photos will shorten the life of that component. The opening for the battery is fine as the battery pops out far enough to be removed using just your fingers. Still a great product if you intend to use the port or WiFi.

The color matches fine with the original neck strap. The leather is good quality, smooth and soft. All ports (battery, SD card, USB) are accessible. I personally like the smaller size hand grip (than other products). The price is reasonable. The only issue (some earlier reviews already pointed it out) is the base frame is too thick. When the camera lays flat on the table, the camera tilted forward (see picture). Not a show stopper but it can bang the lens cap a little if not careful.
