So far this pump/filter is doing a good job. I gave it a 4 star on install only because our outlet hole for our above-ground pool is located so low on the pool, definitely had to sit on ground to install it. Had some slight water drips around area where hose fits over inlet and outlet hole attachments. But some tightening has cleared that up. None since. Valves work great and easy to turn off. They do their intended job! The support piece is a great idea so the valves are not sagging and pulling on a soft-sided pool (if you happen to have one of those). ... show more

This is absolutely fabulous. Makes changing the pool filter so much easier. My husband installed it easily. Fit was perfect for our 2500 gal. Bestway filter. Thank you for the little kickstand that holds the hose up to the pool wall. Works perfectly.

So this valve was exactly what I needed to connect my large pump to a 14’ x 8’ pool that came with a baby pump. This thing is great, it is able to accommodate both common sizes of hose on the bottom and fits the traditional pool inlets. Had it setup in 20 seconds, no leaks. Very pleased.
