With four porcelain coated cooking racks, our 3 series vertical smokers offer over 700 square inches of adjustable cooking space. The dual valve/burner system has one stainless steel burner dedicated to wood chips and one burner for cabinet temperature. Both valves are controlled by a single control knob and allow for temperature a wide control of 100°F – 320°F. The PBV3G1 features a piezo ignition for quick and easy lighting, a large glass viewing window, exterior access smoke tray, front access grease tray, and a high-temperature door seal. I love my smoker but had a small dent at the top of the door after we took out of box It didn't affect the door but the smoker wasn't cheap and expected it to arrive in perfect condition

It was easy to assemble and it works really well. I like that it has a window so I can look at the food instead of opening the door and letting the smoke/heat out and having to wait for the heat to build up again.

Package arrived in perfect condition. Lots of parts and pieces, but easy to assemble. We've used it several times so far, and it couldn't be better! Temp is easy to control, wood chip tray is super easy to access and fill, and food comes out perfectly.

I love this smoker, easy to use. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. My thermostat was off a few degrees but called pit boss and had a new one no problem very quickly.

    • Just will NOT come up to temperature!
I went through all the troubleshooting hoops, tried to get through to customer support all without getting the smoker to heat above 225 degrees F. I would call this thing a total failure. Apparently I'm not alone because Amazon offered a 50% discount.
