My Physical Therapist recommended that I purchase a vibration machine as each time I used the one in her office, I would be charged a fee. I bought the 2000W Whole Body Vibration Platform Exercise Machine (with the MP3 player) to save money and for convenience. My husband set it up in about 1 hour. He will adjust the screws, nuts, and bolts in a few weeks, as they could come loose. We both use the machine at least twice a day, and it helps with lymphatic release and feels good after sitting at our desks for a long time. We didn't hook up the MP3 player and feel it's unnecessary. We stand on the vibration machine while watching TV. It's pre-set for 10-minute sessions, and we can change the speed and intensity levels.     • Performs Well
My husband and I assembled this in about 30-minutes. We are not in a hurry making sure we read the instructions. The parts are well packaged and I like that the screws are already attached where it should be, so you don't have to shuffle over a bunch of screws and figure out what to use. You just have to unscrew them put the parts together and screw them back in. Easy pissy. You need someone who can help lift it up to place it where you want to station the machine, because the base is kind of heavy. I choose this machine because I have been using this same brand in my Chiropractor's clinic and I already know how it performs and how to use it. I prefer this to a treadmill because it shakes your stomach and upper arm fats, while a treadmill doesn't. For me doing 10-minute walkout a day beats walking 2-3 miles a day. I can also listen to music or watch my favorite YouTube show or read a book while the machine shakes the rest of my body. You can position yourself in different ways what parts of your body will shake/receive the workout. Very convenient and it doesn't occupy a lot of space. Been loving it so far.     • Nice product but has a minor flaw
For me it was easy to assemble, did not have an issue other than some tubes showing oxidation on the inside which made me wonder how long the machine I received had been sitting in the warehouse and if it was climate controlled. I cannot speak to much on pain relief as we need to use it more. It does perform and help. The machine itself is fairly quiet. Minor hum from the device itself. What is annoying are the built in speakers and that is were I have an issue. Also I contacted the seller through amazon link. I told the issue about the speakers and never got a response. Basically, the speakers and the connection are cheap. The speakers will crackle or produce a static noise without anything plugged in from time to time which is annoying. If you plug your cell phone or mp3 device the feedback, crackling and noise are very loud. I had to basically put the volume to almost off. So the Speakers are useless and not needed. All I can say is OMG! This machine is absolutely heaven sent. I ordered it and it was on my doorstep not even a week after. Delivery was so quick and it came even before the promised delivery time. We are all excited to open it when it came. It was a 2 box delivery and quite heavy. It was assembled by my husband for at least a good 30 minutes. Easy assembly, we did not have any problems whatsoever. I orderd this because I heard that it is good losing weight and is good for blood circulation. I want that but I am to lazy to go to the gym and this sounded like a great machine where I do not have to work as hard so I bought it...the vibration was so strong it shook my whole body, my son and my sons gf tried it also and they said that it was wonderful, it made them sweat just being on it for 15 minutes, I have been using it ever since twice a day 20 min max. It also comes with a speaker where you can attach your Ipod or iphone. I saty on it while watching tv or just listening to music and I swear I have more energy and I wanted to do more ever since.     • Nifty and relaxing for sure, but no BMI machine.
Seems much more cheaply made than I'd first anticipated, especially the control panel, maybe mine is defective but the mode button seems to do Nothing. I highly doubt the calorie meter is accurate, I doubt I burned 100+ calories just standing there on it. The metal pads do connect to the control board, as your assembling it, but they don't seem to actually measure anything at all. I honestly think they're just there for show, but then I'm like, "why would they bother wiring them up though." The main body of the machine is solid, and in whole its a fun little device, like the chairs you find at fairs and carnivals, but I don't think it's doing anything but loosening/relaxing the body/muscles. I like it, I think it's a great way to relax. I don't trust the resistance bands that come with it, because I feel like the mounting bolts are just going to vibrate lose and that I'll end up injuring myself from the snap back. A great pre-workout machine, to loosen up the muscles and a post work out machine to relax the whole body. If the mode button worked, and the BMI part worked, and it actually gave accurate readings on calories burned, then I would for sure give it five stars. Side note, I noticed my man parts needed to be adjusted from time to time, due to some discomfort during certain standing positions while at speed ... show more
