Second UPDATE- I’m changing my review to a four star because the seller is really good to work with. UPDATE - As stated in my first review, I would change my rating if the product works. Fortunately, it does! I’m changing to a three star review because the setup took a VERY long time because I had to hunt down instructions because my printer didn’t come with any. The print quality on 2 inch circles could be a bit better, but the shipping labels look pretty darn good. The program is “meh” but it is free. The labels and stickers took some figuring out, but seems to work ok now. However, the last sticker doesn’t seem to get a complete print. I do plan on keeping this item because it will fit my needs perfectly fine. First Review- It makes me mad that I spend money for a “new” product and get a dirty/used/returned product. Everything had been opened inside the box and the printer itself had dog hair and glitter or something inside it. I haven’t used it yet, hopefully it will work well. I “may”change my review if it still works well. A returned product is NOT a new product. If it were labeled and advertised as “used” I wouldn’t be so upset. ... show more

Very easy to install. I had few problems using it with my PC, and since I have a desktop tower, it doesn't affect me much that it's not wireless. You can see in the pictures I provided that the edges of the printing are a little jagged in a way that's not present in my original print file, but it's honestly a lot better than I expected it to be. The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because I wish I didn't have to buy an adapter separately. They're very clever, selling a roll of labels with a printer that needs an adapter to use rolls. So I found that a little frustrating, but honestly I'd probably give it like a 4.7/5 if Amazon let me. ... show more

I thought this would be Bluetooth which is why it's not a 5 star. This however works great and is super fast printer. The installation was a bit harder to manage. The website it told me to use was useless, however when u finally got it to work it's very great.

I purchased the Phomemo Thermal Printer to be able to print shipping labels on demand, the Phomemo Thermal Printer was priced well and had the features I wanted. The positive aspects of this printer is it’s size and compatibility with my MacBook and the available color choices it can be purchased in. The biggest draw back was the installation instructions, they seemed very straightforward at first but when I got to the third page of the booklet it had a webpage address that was supposed to have the software needed to connect the printer to my computer which I circled on the picture. After a quick search I found that the webpage link was a ad link to a HP website? The actual place where I found the software needed was at Phomemo website support section not the website found in the booklet. The software also is only for connecting the computer to the printer no labeling templates are included for making print samples, so I google searched for a sample of a USPS label to test print a label. So overall I would give the Phomemo Thermal Printer 4 stars since it requires a little more time than expected or necessary effort to setup. ... show more

i didn’t know much about label printers but i just started a small business and this one does exactly what i need it to. the print quality is great and perfect size to fit my cluttered desk ! i’ve printed 4x6 labels and stickers so far and not troubles with jamming.i wanted bluetooth and though this is not that,it comes with a cable for my mac which is fine. one may have trouble understanding the app,but as long as your not doing anything special you should be okay. customer service is great too. for a start, definitely try this printer out. ... show more

I own a small business on Etsy and I used to print out shipping labels on my crappy old printer, cut them out, and tape the labels to my packages and had never considered a dedicated label printer until I saw this adorable one on Cyber Monday. I always thought shipping label printers were clunky and took up a lot of useless space but this one is really nicely designed, compact, fast, and isn't an eyesore in my home office. All I can say is if you own a small business - run, don’t walk, and buy it asap. Super easy to set up, just plug in the USB flash drive they include in the box into your computer, and stored on the flash drive are tons of tutorial videos, printer drivers for Windows and Mac, and they even include their own label editing software called Labelife for you to use (which is also really user friendly and easy to navigate). They even include a USB C adapter - it's the little details and thought they put into this product that impressed me enough to want to write a review in the first place. Also, I didn't realize it came with a label storage stand that you can use to hold your labels LOL. The only thing I wish was the color of the stand they included was all white like the printer I bought (the stand is black). But honestly, it doesn't bother me since I never planned to use a stand anyways as I prefer the fan-folded labels. However, I can see how the stand would be helpful if I had 2-3 differently-sized labels that I consistently needed to swap out and use. I can't wait for more orders to come in so I can start using this label maker with them! There was another review where a fellow Etsy shop owner mentioned you can go to Settings > Shipping Settings > Shipping Label Options and chose the option to "Format my labels for 4x6 Label Printers" - absolutely do this, great tip! ... show more
