    • Horrible suction. Light and decent attachments
I really wanted to like this vacuum. Got it for apartment in new city and unfortunately did not unpack until after return period. Easy to assemble and setup. Nice filters, easy to swap and clean canister. But you won’t have to clean the canister much because the suction is HORRIBLE and not much will end up in the canister. I followed the trouble shooting steps, looked for clogs bot no joy. Even with all the filters removed and no hoses or attachments the suction is anemic at best. Why the company would design such a nice vacuum and bother with the filters only to put in an underpowered motor or poor suction design is beyond me. Barely picked up anything heavier than fur or hair. Crumbs stayed on floor or fell out when you move the attachments. Very light weight. Easy to store but does take up some room because of the arc of hose. Overall this is one to skip even at a great price. Very sad. ... show more

    • Excellent little vacuum!
I'm writing this review for the PINETAN UC361. I had a Miele canister that was just too large for me to use (I am 4'-10" tall). It was like carrying a dead pig through the house. I dreaded vacuuming. I saw this little Pinetan and had to pick it up. My needs are: hepa filter, quiet, lighweight, small, and bagless. This is one awesome little vacuum and so cute. The handle is comfortable for carrying. The power and cord buttons are BIG, easy to see, and easy to push! I LOVE the fact that there is NO ROLLER!! So no more sitting and cutting out hair, thread, and strands of yarn!! It is easy to store. The cup is easy to remove, empty, and reattach. I wish it had more power (1400 watts), 3-4 power settings, and a longer cord, but it does the job! I might glue some shoulder straps on and make it a bac pac vac. It's so cute it should be called the HAMSTER!! LOVE IT. ... show more

    • Great little vac
I'm very happy with this vac. The lightweightness of it is awesome! I use it on hardwood floors, rugs in the hallway. I've had no problems with suction; I haven't had it long but it has all the features I wanted in a nice little vac to help out quickly. I especially like the fact that even way out on the sides of the attachment it is sucking up crumbs and small pieces. I think it's a great vac and just what I wanted! Love the light weight easy maneuvering but it’s only 2 months old and it already lost its suction I will be returning it

    • quit working after few weeks
Worked great right out of the box. Zero suction after a few weeks...of course, also just shortly after the return window closed. Yes, I did check...there's no blockage, the filters are clean, and the dust cup is empty.
