Very happy with this purchase. I'm a senior, just turned 67, and my girlfriend's birthday is this week as well. She's wanted to learn pickleball, and this is a great way to start. She's been playing badminton for years, and she was afraid that the pickleball paddles would be too heavy - that's not the case with this pair. They are lightweight and super-sturdy, and fit her hands perfectly. Sad to say she was beating me after our first outing together, but it wasn't the paddle's fault - she's just very quick to pick up the game!
