My family and I were introduced to pickleball on a vacation, and were quickly hooked. So when we got home, the first thing I did was look to purchase paddles for us. I knew very little about paddles at the time, and bought these after a little internet research, hoping for the best. After a year, we have been *very* pleased with this set. They've been great to learn the game with - good enough that your equipment isn't holding you back as you learn, and not so expensive that you'll be reluctant to outgrow them. They've held up very well to play 3-4 times a week, have no dead spots and the grips are still in great shape (if a little dirty from use). Experienced people who have played with them describe them as a control paddle, but with enough pop to get good power. The surface produces good spin on the ball with no problem. It is a great "do everything" paddle, rather than being specialized. And surprisingly, we've had a few experienced players who swapped paddles with us so we could try their "better: ones, who ended up liking these paddles more than their Six-Zeros. And I personally love the way they play. If/when these ones need replacing, I would happily buy them again.

I got this as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend, and we just used them for the first time yesterday. This was such a great buy! The paddles are really great quality, lightweight but sturdy, and although we’re beginners we had a lot of success with them. My boyfriend was even able to put spin in the ball several times with these paddles. The handles are nice and plush with plenty of grip. Also, pickleball is pretty new to our area, so I love that we have an extra pair of paddles to loan out to friends we invite to play. The bag is a big plus as well, it fits all of the paddles, two tubes of balls, plus the 6 that came with the set, and more room for other little odds and ends. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the price and value of this set.

Big fans of this set of 4, as it lets you play with friends who may not have their own paddles. It's a really tight fit in the bag that it comes with if you try to put all the balls in there, but it's nice that they include a bag. That was actually a selling point. Also love that you can hang the bag on a fence. Paddles play just fine. We aren't playing frequently enough to know if the weight or the surface is high quality, but I can tell you that we are winning when we play...though that may be because we're tennis players :). I've done enough reading to know that if I wasn't going to be playing tournaments, these paddles were a great buy to enjoy competitive games among friends.

This was a gift for my daughter. This is an above average beginner set. My daughter loves the paddles, but didn't care for the quality of the included pickleballs. Unless you're a pro, you don't need anything better than these affordable paddles. The included bag holds everything well.

Amazing pack for the value. I bought this to always have with me for my friends and family that wants to play pickleball and I have gotten great use out of it. I already had pickle balls so I never use the ones that this brings so I can’t speak on that. But the paddles have held out great, no signs of wear and tear after a year of using them. I would highly recommend for any beginners that are starting out and don’t want to spend a lot on paddles.
