  • Pricey but worth it!
So after carefully looking at all the options here on Amazon, I decided to pull the trigger on the most expensive one, and I'm glad I did. First of all, it has 2 modes. Motorized, and manual with 8 levels of resistance. The motorized mode also has 6 levels from very slow to pedaling like you're trying to get away from a rabid dog chasing you. And unless you have very heavy legs the motor has plenty of torque on the faster speeds to keep your legs going even if you fall asleep! With the first couple speeds maybe not. In the manual mode, you set the resistance to suit your mood. The first few levels are not very much resistance, but after the first 4 levels it really picks up. And it seems to get harder to pedal on any level as you get going. In other words, you don't get the full resistance right off the bat when you change levels. It builds up slowly but not too slow. The highest level is enough to tire you out fairly quickly unless you're an experienced biker.. In either mode, you can reverse the pedaling to pedal backwords. Another nice feature of this machine is that you can remove the pedals and put the handles that it comes with on to give your arms and upper body a workout. The pedals and handles have very easy to use quick connect connectors. You simply slide the ring back on the connector and pull the pedal off. Putting them back on is just as easy. The machine has a timer, a counter and a calorie counter so you can keep track of time, pedals, or how many calories you've used up. One of the things I like about this machine is the range of motion. It has almost the same range as if you were riding a bike. Other machines I've tried have about half the range of this one which doesn't work your legs like this one does. And this machine is quiet, very quiet. You will not disturb anyone in the room with noise. Even on the faster speeds it's quiet. As far as I'm concerned, you get what you pay for, and I believe I made the right decision to get this machine. It's very solidly built and feels like it will last a long time. It's a little heavier than the other models you'll find here, but that's because this machine is built to last. It's about 22 pounds or so and has a handle on the top of the main body to carry it. It has rubber on the base to keep it from sliding on the floor. On my rug it does not move at all, and I suspect it will be good on vinyl or hardwood floors. This is a solid machine that's versatile, and has all the modes you'll need whether you want it to pedal for you, or if you want good resistance to to give your legs a serious workout. The only thing I wish it had is controls on the main body of the machine. You must use the remote to set it up and change settings and modes. Other than that, I love it and I think it's worth every penny of the price. You get what you pay for, and this one delivers all the way around.. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Great product and highly recommend
This arm and leg pedal exerciser is such a great product! It's helping me get some blood flow going in my legs and exercise the muscles in my back and knees. It's helping me walk longer distances and more comfortably. It’s easy to use. The remote control makes operating it simple, I can adjust the settings without needing to move. It’s lightweight enough for me to easily move around, but sturdy enough to feel durable and stable under my feet. I’m noticing real improvements in my circulation and muscle tone. Another plus is how quiet it is so I can use it in the early morning or late at night without disturbing anyone in the house. I feel it's definitely worth the price for the benefits it offers. ... show more

  • So convenient
I love this exercise device, it is such a discreet way to multitask. A good workout, while reading my prayers on my multipurpose table. It is not sitting in a corner, I am using it. Great and convenient.

  • Always get the best one
I recently got this 2-in-1 home exerciser, and it has EXCEEDED my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay active at home. Here’s an overview of my experience with it if anyone is considering buying: Enhanced range of motion: The design gives it a better range of motion than similar devices. Dual Functionality: Swaps easily between arm and leg accessory with a patented quick switch system—like having two machines in one. Adjustable modes: Theres resistance mode with 8 levels of resistance, plus a motor-assisted mode with also 8 speeds, I use it for a gentle start in workouts. Sleek Design: It’s compact and sturdy, blending nicely into my living space without sticking out. Plus, its modern look beats out older models. Quiet: It’s super quiet, which is great for me to use while watching TV or reading. Simple Setup: I don’t consider myself handy but it took less than 5 minutes to assemble and start using. The intuitive controls and digital display make it easy to track my activity. Health Boosting: Great for improving circulation and burning calories at home. Overall, I think this is an ideal choice for anyone who likes a gentle and low-impact method to keep legs moving and enhance blood flow in an easy, safe way to maintain activity. ... show more

  • Simple, convenient, affordable
It's perfect. I got this PhysioPedal for my husband, who’s recovering from a long hospital and SNF stay. He absolutely loves it! I wish we had found this one first. It would have saved us hours of online searching and multiple trips to return five other brands that didn’t work for him. - the price is actually affordable, especially when compared to the unit he used at the SNF. A regular person can buy a device which has the same benefits as the unit at a SNF. - He can use the motor assist, when he has progressed in the therapy, he also gets to add resistance to his exercise. - The Simplicity, It took me about 3 minutes to assemble. I felt so smart! - When we used the other brands, they would slide around. Not this one. It is steady as a rock :) - Portability. How nice that I can lift it without straining! - He can pedal forward or backward - Good for ppl in wheelchairs (which my husband is), or for someone who might like to use it under a desk or while sitting on a couch. - it’s a cinch to detach and attach the pedals/handles - Awesome design on the remote control, it magnetically connects to the display and it’s wordless, uncluttered, and intuitive. - it tracks the pedal cycles (how many times your foot goes around); and calories burned - the machine is extremely quiet. I’m not sure if I even heard anything. - it has a sleek appearance. - medical/commercial grade motor ... show more

  • Great product but not stable while using.
It is moving while using. Legs should be rubber to stick to floor. Other than that great product.
