This is has been my go-to probiotic for a few years now. I love the added ingredients, like green tea, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper, that help with weight-managment. I am a little sensitive to caffein and other 'slimming' ingredients, but no issues with this product. I think this also helps with bloatining. I immediately saw a noticeable difference when I started taking this. I know a lot of people may be skeptical and think it’s not possible to see results that fast, but it’s true. I’ve only left 1 other review on a product and I’ve shopped Amazon for well over a decade now. I use these reviews when purchasing items, so I wanted to help anyone else that does the same. It is a great appetite suppressant. I was dealing with cravings and I couldn’t understand why I just couldn’t say no or not eat something I knew I shouldn’t have, but after just the first day of taking this, I just felt more restraint. I can’t explain it and some people might say it’s just in your head, but what I know for sure is that this was the only change in my life. My cravings and appetite had increased so much, that I gained 100+ pounds over the last couple years and I just couldn’t explain it. I’ve also noticed a huge increase in energy. After a few days I started feeling energized enough to do more with my kids. We played for hours and it felt so good to be able to do that. So while I know everyone’s body is different and may get different results, I would most definitely take a chance on this one. I don’t think it’s too pricey for the benefit you’ll hopefully get. I have been using this probiotic for a while and I'm definitely highly satisfied with the results! There is no taste, this is easy to swallow, and it has made a BIG difference in my body's ability to process foods. I know that when I don't have the probiotic for a while, there is a difference, I get bloaty, and I am not as regular as I am when taking this consistently. I received my order on Feb 6. The pill does suppress my appetite but the two days I didnt take it I binge eat and as of now I have not seen any weight loss change.

So I got this just to see if it would help. I have noticed that since I've started taking it that I do not eat as much and feel full quicker when I do eat. As of right now not sure if it's helping lose weight as I haven't checked my weight since I started (waiting a month) but I am happy with the way my eating habits have been since I started. I'm always hesitant to start new supplements. A majority of the supplements I've taken make me nauseous if I take them on an empty stomach and when I try to take them with my first meal of the day, I forget to take them. So I want supplements I can take right away in the morning when I'm going to get my cup of coffee; that is something I don't ever forget to do :) THIS one has never caused an issue with my stomach. That keeps me taking it of course. I didn't notice anything else substantial the first week but today I realized I could only eat a little over half of my yogurt parfait that I eat every morning. I'm normally still snackish when I'm done with it but I couldn't even finish it today. So far, so good then. I'm not looking to lose a lot of weight however I would be happy with less bloating. The appetite suppression is a good start and I will most likely subscribe to this to save money and give it a longer, fair chance now that I know it works for me. ... show more
