A very good product for the money. I got it cause it’s supposed to hold the phone with a case. I have a 14 pro max in a protective case. It does hold the phone but not near as well as it does without a case. (Medium to Heavy duty protective case on my phone) somewhat thick case. It does ok. But I am afraid if i hit a large pothole or bump it “could” fall out. So, to help, I tilt it back a “little” (so it lays into it) . If you have the large wallet type case- it will not fit at all. (Wife has that case). For a normal phone with no case or slim case. It should work with no problems at all. It is a sturdy holder and the adhesive to the windshield seems to work effortlessly. If I had to do it over again, I’d pay a little more and get a holder that is specifically designed to hold a phone with a case on it. But, im not putting this case down in anyway. Wow! So happy with this purchase. My old phone holder would fall off constantly and I decided to upgrade. This suction is insanely tough to the point that I needed to get a clip to help peel it from my window to move. I placed it too high then realized it wasn’t joking about staying in place. I haven’t tried the mounting plate yet but with how well it adheres to the window I might not even bother. This phone holder is the best I've had yet. The suction is so strong that I haven't been able to get it off of my windshield to move it. Lol. This is a great phone mount. The window suction feature is amazing. We live in area with REALLY rough roads. This mount has not come off at all through all the bumps, potholes, etc. The arm tightens down nicely and it holds the phone very securely. Highly recommend, I'm getting a second one for our other vehicle. I don't know how well the dash mount plate works as I opted not to use it with the way the dash in the truck is set up.
