This is such a great magnetic phone holder at an extremely great value. I truly did not realize when I bought it that it came with both ways to hold your phone, and it comes with stick on magnets so it can be used with any normal case too (not just mag-safe iPhone). I am using it with the stick-on mount as seen in the pictures. Peel the 3M tape, stick to dashboard, tighten on the magnetic ring and you’re set. Strong magnet, can be moved to any angle (I have mine with ring down but it can go any direction), and of course you can rotate your phone vertical or horizontal. So simple and works perfectly. Can easily be adjusted slightly while driving kind of like you would adjust your rear-view mirror. Also comes with a clip to attach to the air vent if you don’t want to use the more permanent stick on. Super cool design let’s you tighten the clip so you don’t have to hope it clamps on tightly. Same ball and ring. If two ways isn’t enough, it also comes with two magnetic rings. So stick the rings onto your case and it becomes a magnetic case. Genius. If you don’t want it to be permanent or in case the sticky could damage the case or phone if used directly, it also comes with a clear removable sticker to put between the magnet and case before attaching it. I spent so much time & money trying to find a good mount that works with my magsafe case/phone; and finally found it!!! When I had got mine, it worked just as I hoped it would. Then I ran into the issue of the magnet strip coming apart from the mount itself, I had already received a message from the seller informing me of the warranty & that some of their clips were being reported as breaking. That wasn’t an issue for me though, until I went to message them about my issue and then mine broke too (lol ugh). They sent out a whole product replacement asap & it’s been absolutely amazing!! I’ve been down some rough dirt roads for over 20mins at a time & my phone doesn’t fall, doesn’t move out of place, & isn’t shaking around coming loose. I have the air clip attached & I also have the adhesive mount on my dash, they’re both amazing! Like seriously, if you can not find a dash mount or a cent clip mount that isn’t working OR you’re still looking for one, just buy this one & get it over with lol Great product that does what you want it to do, is sturdy, & well made, plus good customer service? I ordered this as an inexpensive phone holder for my car as I wanted to try one out. The first one came right away, but unfortunately the vent clip broke on the 2nd day of using it. What’s impressive is that I received an email from the manufacturer’s customer service the same day explaining that there have been some design issues with the vent clip & that they would send me a newly designed & improved one for free. I thanked the very kind & professional representative who emailed me & let her know that I would indeed appreciate them sending me the new one. I sent photos of the broken one as requested & they shipped the new one out to me right away. The communication from this company was immediate & very professional. I was impressed. The new one seems to hold to the ac vent a lot better (& it also has a very strong magnet for the phone) & so far, no issues at all. For the price, it’s a good car phone holder & if any issues I can tell you that my experience with the company was excellent. ... show more

    • Vent mount broke the 2nd time I tried to adjust it

This worked great until I had to adjust it because the mount loosened up. The plastic hinge broke and left it unusable. Already tossed the packaging or I’d return it UPDATE: The seller has great customer service and sent another unit in response to my 3 star review. They seem to have improved the little plastic hinge ring that broke on the original unit I had. The magnet adheres very well, but the only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the method of mounting to the air vent seems to need to be frequently adjusted. The magnet is VERY strong and the phone stays stable, but the whole mount will "droop" if you don't readjust it occasionally (at least on our 2016 Toyota RAV4) ... show more
